Do not get food at this location. I'm well aware that food is overpriced on places like this, and that is not the issue. They are incapable of warming food to an appropriate temperature for consumption. Three times I was given a burrito that was still cold in the middle. Another customer was given the same. We had to heat the food up in a microwave on our own. Bring your own food.

I do like this rink in general. It is cute, clean and very well maintained. My complaint is regarding the heater on the away team side of the rink 1. It is clearly stated on the meter that a 25c (quarter) should last for 10 minutes. The heater lasts 7.5 minutes. Clearly management is trying to save money in the away teams! Don't make me call weights and measures on you!

Customer Service was friendly and efficient however the number of people on the ice at one time was more than excessive. I was crashed into from behind twice and went flying and was actually hurt quite badly. I grew up skating so the issue was the sheer number of people creating accidents. I was extremely unimpressed that there seemed to be no limit to the number of skaters. There were also numerous obstacle on the ice including two tunnels and orange blocks in the center creating even more hazards. I am unlikely to return.
This was not my first time skating here but the number of skaters was significantly higher as were the man-placed obstacles.
As we drove 1.5 hours to skate I am just disappointed.

Parking sucks, pedestrians don't pay attention to cars entering the parking area/loading and unloading zone (kind of on a hill when entering) so when it's dark and rainy it causes a lot of conflict. Staff is nice but teens run around causes trouble some times. Not all of them do this of course, as a mother of teens myself, but when big groups get together they tend to forgetful of how to act in public.

My piece of constructive criticism for management is to fix the issues around the kiosk for those who bought tickets in advance online. The computer and scanning equipment is very glitchy and I stood there for at least 10 minutes trying to figure it out. Skatetown encourages people to buy tickets in advance and tell us to print them out. Scanning from the paper didn't work at all; scanning from the phone worked but again took a long time. Finally, an employee (sort of) helped me out.

Skatetown was so nice for a beginner like me. They had these tall buckets that you can hold onto and move around on the rink. Their shoes were comfortable and clean. Cleanliness is something I appreciate a lot. Staff was friendly and it was a fun time. Be careful and have fun on the ice!

My friend and I came to do some ice skating today. IT WAS SO FUN! We both had not gone ice skating since 2019 and this was my first time going to an ice skating rink here. Their skates were super nice and fit comfortably. Their rinks were cleaned maybe ever 15-30 minutes so you would just move to their 2nd rink while they clean the 1st. Yummy snacks! From what I had observed a staff member would go up to anyone who would fall down WHICH WAS SUPER NICE. Sometimes they would even hold some games I saw them playing limbo lol. This was a great experience after not skating in a long while! I think 5/5 and I definitely recommend.

Super fun and well organized, especially during the holidays. Would have liked for them to have buckets for beginners at both rinks but other than that it was fun

Love this place, only been there twice now, and I already love it! I have never liked ice skating, but skatetown makes it fun and enjoyable with so many games to participate in! The staff are amazing, and very friendly! Definitely would recommend for any beginners, they have a little section roped off for beginners, and cute little pushers for kids to ride on while their parents push them. The food is ok, moderately priced. Overall 9.5/10

We got there a little early (not knowing what to expect). Luckily, even though the lines were building up, they were not to an unacceptable level. The staff do a good job processing payments and issuing equipment timely. The rink has a small area for beginners to gain confidence and a larger portion of the rink for normal skating. The Zamboni runs its course about halfway through the skate session to smooth the rink and provide the best experience. Giving you a forced break to utilize the facilities and concession (and if you are new, possibly tend to your aches and pains). There are two rinks, and the second rink is utilized for games and lessons, which is fun to view while on intermission.Note that the place can get quite busy! So if large crowds, mainly of small children, are not your thing, this likely will not be the best place for you.Overall, my wife and child (both novice) enjoyed their time in the ice.
