Some greasy guy said he works for Dent Kings could remove my door/body dings and he only managed to flake off my paint. @ the end he said I just didn’t have any gas money to get home, his brother wouldn’t pick him up? How Pathetic he kept on grabbing his crotch…He did not want to use his business and attempted to fix it in a parking lot. Sometimes you want to help people and find out, you should just mind your own life Because Trash is everywhere!! I will not post his name in case he mite have legal issues, currently or pending.Adam Sterio✔️ OopsI hope you rethink your life.

I'm be used Service King twice now and both times have been wonderful. Jose's communication was fantastic. I never had to wait long. They took really good care of me and showed tons of respect. Only issue I dealt with was getting through to their customer service line but they answered right away when I called through the existing work line. I've dealt with Caliber Collision and Vices, and both were terrible. Service King is by far better.

Called to ask about an insurance claim they were going to do for me ..Wow ….Don’t waste your time with this place .. girl on the phone was rude beyond belief… can’t imagine how bad the rest of the team is if she’s the first person of contact…

I cannot express it enough, stay far away from this place. My car was held there for 41 days for replacing a door and quarter panel after I got hit. Forty. One. Days.They excused themselves on account of the first new door arriving with a dent. It's certainly plausible that this is the case, but I got a text confirming that all the necessary parts (including the door that was reordered) were ready 16 days before I got the car back. The initial estimate was two weeks for ordering parts and completing repairs. How was it held for 16 more days after this?!! They never even called me to arrange pickup or inform me the repairs were completed.The front-end staff were all friendly enough, until it came time to answer their phones! Over the 10 times I called I never got a single answer or a callback when I left a message. The number for the store was even incorrectly listed on their website. Then I came to find out they're under new management as of a week ago, and suddenly somebody started answering the phones! Weird!I really can't emphasize it enough, this place doesn't deserve your business currently.Service: Body & Trim

It took a very, very long time for them to get the parts needed to fix my Mom's car.It wasn't until she called looking for parts herself did she get it back after 6 months, it was such a hassle. No, I wouldn't recommend them!

Synopsis: Service King has poor communication and may leave you with more of a headache than a smooth repair process.I selected Service King for repairs because it was contracted with Geico and I assumed it would be a quick and smooth process. However, after my experience it is evident that Geico selected service king because they were the lowest bidder and not based on how they conduct business to assist customers with vehicle repairs. Two days prior to my communicated pickup, service king texted me stating a part was on back order with expected delivery dates spelled out via text. However, when seeking clarification about the parts, the associate indicated that the parts are on back order with no expected eta. We are now a month into my vehicle being at the shop with no repair work done or no expected eta for vehicle completion. My vehicle sat in the shop for a month, which subsequently ate through my rental allowance. If you read the reviews, you'll see similar situations happening with other customers. I would avoid this shop at all costs. As a bonus, they also told Geico that they wouldn't charge me tear down fees if I picked up my vehicle. The associate had already told me the vehicle hadn't been touched or torn down over the phone so that was super shady.

It took me less time to write this review than to book an appointment for a quote with these clowns!Waste of time, came in for an appointment, they said they'd have to call me for an appointment. Called me for an appointment, said AAA something blablabla not letting me book blablablab I have them my AAA claim # Sacramento not letting me book or something. Waste of time they act like they are doing us CUSTOMERS a favor!

Where do I start with this place bottom line ***do not use them***.I was in an accident in Sept 2021 and had to take my jeep back serval times which was frustrating as I felt they just wanted to get my car out of there. They did not make sure it was fully repaired and let me drive away with an unsafe car.Further more I had State Farm rent me a car through Hertz while my car was being repaired. When my car was ready for pick up Service King let me know I could drop my car off there and they would have Hertz pick it up at the body shop. Well fast forward to Nov 2022 I get a letter from Hertz demanding I pay them for the time I dropped of the car until they picked it up from the body shop and it was $600.00. Hertz tried to collect the money from Service King and they would not pay them so they went after me. Do not trust any company that says they will help you and make sure you drop off your rental car yourself at the rental car place as I got screwed.

This entire situation was a shite show. 0/10 would not be recommended. First of all, this is the second time I've gone to them for an accident, and tomorrow will be the second time I've taken my vehicle back because their repair was subpar. The communication from them is more what I would like to compare to my time overseas. It's like they have to pay per word they say, so they say as little as possible, and provide NO pertinent details. Sometimes they don't even call/ text. I left a plethora of voicemails, and I have NOT received a call back. Apparently only 1 person at this location knows how to use a phone/computer. Because when the ONLY employed front desk person is "Out of Office" for 3 days, the company shuts down and "nobody else knows how to do the job". I called and called and called for 3 days to check the status of my vehicle repair, and I left several messages, with no response. I was supposed to get an update every Tues/Thurs, but they couldn't keep up with that. So they switched to more frequent updates, M,W,F... And they couldn't keep that either. I don't know exactly what work was done on my car, but apparently it took an act of either congress or God to get my vehicle repaired. My vehicle went in on Monday morning. They said "we will assess it and give an exact estimate to the insurance company by next week". By that next Monday, the estimate was sent to my insurance. My insurance approved it the same day, and a check was sent in the mail. 3 days later the check was cashed. Fast forward 3 weeks... My car is still in pieces, and no parts have been ordered/ no work has been accomplished. Their reason is "we are waiting on insurance". Okay bet.... I called the insurance adjuster, and her supervisor, and his supervisor, and they told me that Service King/ Crash champions cashed the check and was sitting on it. So here we are a month after dropping it off, and NO work has been done. Low and behold, the next day the Service King called me and said "we are currently waiting on parts with NO eta...". At the same time, my rental car coverage has run out and now I have to eat rental car funds. Fast forward 3 more weeks and after numerous calls with insurance and service king and enterprise, I was able to get Service King to pay for 2 weeks of my rental, because they sat on the money. Another week goes by, and I'm still waiting on parts. I ask what part, they say a fender, on back-order. I asked if they could just fix the old one, and they said no. I asked if I could bring a new one in, they said no. So I am again, eating rental car money. If they would have ordered parts 3 weeks prior, it might be fixed by now. Fast forward to 3 days ago... My wife calls Service King HQ and talks to a customer experience person and files a complaint because communication is zero, and they are dodging us to give us answers or our car back. Today... I go to Service King because I can't ever get them on the phone. They tell me "we just picked it up 2 min ago from calibration and the tech is going to put everything back together and it should be done today". I was like... Okay... You said that 2 weeks ago. They called me 2 hours later and it's ready. Let me mention... I got a text an hour AFTER they called me telling me my vehicle ready date changed from 14 March to 20 March. Really... You don't say.. then I get a text following that one that said my vehicle is ready for pick up... Hmmm ok. Like I said, what a shite show. NEVER AGAIN!! BEWARE OF SERVICE KING.

Our insurance company referred us to this , The staff inside were very cordial except for the last time we went, we were told we could bring our car in on a a Friday. I called and left a voicemail because they were closed letting them know we would take that date and when we went in they said they do not check their voicemails and there was not another date for a good month and a half to two months out. It was a constant waiting game with this company. I would not go back. We are going to a new company that has been more than helpful and already has our car being repaired. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I had a really bad experience here.

Everyone there is awesome. I just picked up my 2018 Mazda CX-5 today, and there was literally no sign of a dent ever being on the passenger quarter panel. They kept in great contact with me and understanding when I couldn't pick up the car for a couple of days because I was sick with COVID. I've worked with this location a few times, and they've always been fantastic. Thank you, guys, for taking good care of my car and me :)

This place is really bad. If you are thinking to take your car to this place don’t. I took my car and they kept it for no reason for three months and told me that they are still working on it. I would not recommend this place at all.

Wasted so much time trying to go through this place because of insurance recommendations. They had me come in to inspect the vehicle and get a quote. I scheduled a morning to have the work done. The morning before I am supposed to bring the vehicle in they call me and tell me that they won't be able to get to it until next week. I try and reschedule and I tell them whatever time you can actually start working on it since it is a 2 hour job and it is my work truck. They told me they won't preorder parts and that it would be "torn down" that day and fixed later. I cancelled service with them after wasting a bunch of time to find out they don't handle business professionally.Service: Body & Trim

Great place, very friendly staff. Frequent updates were very appreciated. Easy to get in contact with. Hope I don't need repairs on any car any time soon, but if I do I'm coming here again.

So hear me out even though I got service from service King about a year ago I just want to say that I left these people a boatload of messages on their voicemail and I never got a call back so eventually I forgot about the situation because of life situations obviously anyways I brought my vehicle in through insurance so they can fix my lights on my Lexus, They ended up fixing the light however on the dashboard there with an AFS off light that keeps blinking and the way that I'm sitting when I'm driving I can't see it when I am driving every single day but now I remember and they still have not been able to fix the situation even at the time that I got it fixed they kept on giving me the runaround they sent me to another shop and the other shop sent me back and then they kept on giving me the runaround and said that they were going to contact me and never contacted me back even after I left very very specific messages on what happened I would never go back to the people I now have this blinking light blinking over and over because of something they did thank service thing
