She answered every single one of my questions and truly made me feel like a valued customer. EDIT: I wanted to edit my original review to talk about my latest experience. Extra Space Storage recently increased my rent so I spoke to Tania to go over my options. “DR Storage is great for the price & location, they provide a lock for your unit, most units are inside and there are elevators. Our couch & mattresses fit in the elevators! There is great air conditioning & bathrooms and drinking fountains. There are also flat carts for hauling big items or multiple items at a time. You get to pick your own code to get in as well, which is great so you don’t have to remember a code that was given to you. Overall great experience!”

“Just wanted to share how happy I was renting a unit here. I've rented at other "Big Name" storage places and they don't come close to the customer service All American Storage has. A few months ago, I received a call from William asking if I lost a set of keys. I had no idea that I had dropped my keys. He went out of his way to review video and logs to find me. Talk about SUPERIOR customer service!! He saved me countless hours of headache. Super humble, hope his managers read this and know what type of employee that have got. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area rent here. Always clean, never crowded, best in class customer service! Thank you William.”

“TLDR; Cubesmart is perfect for part-time storage needs, but not as much long-term. But I'm happy with their service.
Cubesmart advertises the best storage prices around me in Roseville ($38/mo for my 5x5 unit) but it quickly adds up, as insurance is required ($12/mo for me) and the price also goes up over time. Also, if you lock your unit wrong, they replace your lock and you're responsible for buying a new one (through them, not on your own; I think it costs $15-20). But you do get to keep the lock when you move out. Once my rate went up to $65/mo for my unit, I moved out. I was storing my stuff for about 2 years.
Inside my unit, there was rat bait and pointy screws sticking inward from the walls of adjacent units. It was barebones minimal. I put a moisture absorber in there with my stuff and it soaked up quite a bit over time.
Overall I'm happy with their service. Four stars”
