I'm very disappointed in this place. I don't get to have my nails done often being a stay at home mom: And this place left a bad taste in my mouth. My friend and I went in with an appointment for two full sets and pedicures. They treated us like we were an Inconvenience. And they weren't rude but they definitely were not kind. My pedicure was okay. The service itself was nice, but the finished product does not look good. The shaping of my toes are not great. Some are curved and some are straight. My gel polish barely lasted a week. I have never had that problem on my toes before. Now my full set. Terrible. Charged me five dollars extra for cuticle removal, which is fine. But my cuticles look terrible still. I had one person working on me, and I'm guessing a regular came in? But he handed me off to another person. Didn't cover my whole nail with acrylic. Not a single nail is the same length. Also I asked for coffin, did not get that at all. I literally left and told my friend I will never be coming back. I've never had such a terrible experience. Would not recommend this place. I got charged so much for such terrible work.

Excellent experience. Shalinna and Mia did my mani and pedi and i will be coming back again. They took the time and were very sweet and thoughtful of my comfort. They deserve 5 stars. I have been here 2 times before and was equally satisfied. My friend and i agree we will be coming back here again! Thank you Sassy nails! Pleasant Grove location?

This place ripped me off. Over the phone she said it $35 for a gel fill. After she finished my nails , which were beautiful, she told me $45. $10 more then what I was told on the phone!!!! This is bad business practice and false advertising. I will not return as I feel they tried to cheat me. Clearly post your prices and tell customer the truth when they call. I would not have even come here for a $45 fill. Way over priced and bad business practicesService: Manicure

SHOCKING!!I hated it! I'm talking hated my service I got.I paid $80.00 for a mani / pedi that didn't last 3 weeks!? Gel started to peel off!!! I asked for square nails. Each of my nails were different shape. When I tried to speak up. I was told ..yes yes they know. And didn't repair it.I walked in & man would not put my name in appt book. He said come bk tomorrow. So I did. Then rushed me as if I was inconveniencing him. They were not friendly. I will NEVER go back! You people are the Worse place I ever got my nails done at.P.S. BTW Where I usually go get my nail Gel usually lasted 4 -5 weeks.(I've NEVER given an establishment a 1 star.)

Not good service. Every time I ask for my nails to be done, they injured my nails while working. last time the guy cut the nails unevenly and very short. and the shape of the nails was wired. I don’t recommend

This salon has gone downhill - perhaps because they take more clients than they can handle. Just yesterday, my appointment started 20 minutes late, the tub of water was cold, and the distracted technician completed my 40-minute classic pedicure in just 23 minutes. She forgot to file my nails during my manicure; I had to remind her at the very end. She also charged an extra $5 to buff my nails instead of polish them, which takes quadruple the time/effort. When I went to pay, she told me that she expected a tip and did not lift her finger from the receipt until I completed the fields. It's safe to say, Sassy lives up to its name! My family won't be going back.

The staff here are always friendly every single one of them. I have been a customer of sassy’s for the last 4years and have always had a great experience.I usually get dip in my natural nails. I have fast nail growth so mine last about 2-3 weeks, and I have never had my dip chip, scratch etc.I have shown designs and the talented staff will always tell me what they can and cannot do- even with modifications.This place is affordable but worth every cent. I highly recommend this place!Tweety is a great hit- if you want tweety book an appointment.

If you’re black don’t come here from the time that I walked in I didn’t feel comfortable They talk about you and think you don’t understand because you’re black so I had the lady take off my nails I ask for design on my nails and can she freestyle she said yes so I said do you have pictures she said no then she got mad because I didn’t know what design I was going to get on my nails. On my birthday this is crazy but the lady that did my feet was coo she the only person that didn’t laugh with everybody when she was talking about me and I thought the owner was not here but she was laughing tooServices: Pedicure
