Sam's club bakery canceled my daughters birthday cake without notifying us because of a vendor issue. I would not have know had I not opened the app to order more cupcakes for her daycare. I am left scrambling with less than 24 hours notice before her party.

The lady at the cafe side was rude, ignorant and unprofessional . She doesn’t know about her store scan to go feature where she declined to give me a cup for my drink and pay for it through my scan to go end and insisted instead to make me pay at her cash register !!!??? Even when I asked her to call a manager she just ignored me disrespectfully and left!!!??? Poor store and staff management, you should educate your staff first on how to treat customers respectfully and secondly on your online purchasing features because the reasons behind them are to make purchasing more convenient , sufficient and self accessible.

Returns employee refused to contact customer service to cancel the online return I started and return the item in store. I was able to call them and cancel it in seconds; the service rep on the phone was professional and fast. The returns rep on the other hand was wearing a shirt that said “I hate morning people and mornings and people”. Fitting!

Will always go to Sam’s club over other options. Parking lot always has spots, gas discount is amazing, never too crowded, and scan & go app is super fast! Food court is the best value in Placer, can’t go wrong with lunch combo under $2. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to fight with crowds at the other warehouse store.

first time here at Sam's club we got a membership off Groupon for $20.
Carlos at member services was so kind to us and I really appreciate his help.
another woman with blonde hair and a pierced eyebrow helped us and she was really sweet. I just didn't see her name.
the food court also has a lot of tasty options ? not many people here either on a Saturday at 3-5 pm

But at this Sam’s Club, people appear to try to commit insurance fraud by walking into the path of a moving vehicle without looking or waiting for a vehicle to pass safely when the vehicle was already in motion through the crosswalk.

I believe Sam’s Club in Roseville is one of the best Sam’s Clubs in the Sacramento area. The store is enormous, has more items, and is better organized inside.
The employees are friendly, helpful, and polite. The cashier and self-checkout are faster than the other Sam’s Clubs in the area. I have a more enjoyable shopping experience in this store.

Sams club should keep eye on worker even more managers no respect or care for members I waited 20 min for tobacoo still no show up I asked manager even she does not who is working then I asked another manager while leaving Sam’s club he said thanks for coming that’s voice like no respect all the time very bad experience and but no other option for retailer .
