My sister only trust Kimiko as her salon specialist. She also gave myself samples of her shampoos and i purchased a conditioner that is superior. Very happy. But i have short hair and unwilling to pay the same price as my sister who has longer hair. $50 short or long hair was quoted. I get asymmetrical cut and i will pay more when i find the right stylist for my hair.

Today was my first visit to this salon. From the get-go, Caprice, who will be my new hair lady from now on was very pleasant. A professional in salon work for over nine years, she took care to make sure that I agreed with what she was doing every step of the way. I hadn't been to a salon in almost three months due to a major move from Southern California and my hair was a mess. I definitely am a satisfied client!

I made an appointment to get my hair did a week before hand and the day I went to go get it done they acted like they never met me or made an appointment then said the lady said she couldn't do it but she never notified me she couldn't then they ignored my phone calls
