She answered all my questions about the bag, and sent me several photos and info about the bag I wanted.   I went in store just to check out some bags I had on my wishlist for my birthday coming up. Scarlett was very helpful and kind with showing the different bags and made great conversation. The rest of the staff was also very kind and enthusiastic.

  Isiah Williamson made my first purchase easy, was polite and understanding on the price range I wanted to stick with, he helped me find a Christmas gift for my girlfriend.
