Ross always has something great that Im looking for. Sometimes store could use cleaning or organizing but I have a soft spot for these stores.

I don't usually go to Ross. The shoes section had so many cute sandals I got quite a few. I had been to this store a long time ago and the current staff seems much nicer ❤️. I do think it would be good if they had someone come in and super clean it but it wasn't too bad. I also found some great solar lights

One dress room opened up front for the whole store. I waited 30 minutes. I should have walked away.

Customers' service is horrible. One dressing room opened upfront, and the other one was locked. I waited 20 minutes, and I missed an appointment. I don't know why I didn't walk out. I was told no employee could unlock the other dressing room.

This store was terrible. The merchandise was slim pickings and what they did have was poorly organized. I was a little disappointed while shopping but the reason I am giving this store a 1 star review is that they double charged me for and item. I don't live in Roseville and just happened to be there today. When I was driving home I was wondering how my total got so high. I looked at my receipt and I had been double charged. I can't just go back easily. It's far.
