We had the best experience buying a new 2023 Toyota Highlander. Luis and Mohammed provided the best customer service. They were easy to work with, not pushy at all and worked with us to get a vehicle in our budget. We left with a car that we absolutely love. I recommend working with either of them. My family and I had a great experience buying our first Toyota! Dung was hilarious and helpful throughout the entire process. Our boys now call him “Uncle Dung”We do not have great credit and did not a whole lot of cash to put down. Dung and Howard both worked hard with the finance department to get us a deal.

Really a 3.5 star review. My reason for visiting Roseville Toyota was kind of an unfortunate one. I'm only 19, 18 at the time of getting the car, so I'm new to the credit and financing world, but have managed to have a pretty good score. My daily driver, a 2002 Honda Civic had a fuel delivery issue, actually ended up fixing it on my own and am now selling it, but I came to a conclusion that the car was costing me more money to keep fixing. Also my luck, its had 13 other owners. So when I couldnt drive it which sucked because it was my first car, which I could say I fully bought and enjoyed working on, I decided I would need a newer car to get me to and from work so I can keep up with my bills. Looked online at various places and found a used Honda Civic SI which I pre-qualified for and is a coupe and a manual trans exactly like my other car. They were happy to see me and get me on the test drive since we already had an idea of which car I was looking at. Test drive went good, everything felt good and new, since it was serviced to be sold, but there was one small setback after test driving. The clutch would make a groaning/grinding noise when giving around 1.5-2k rpm taking off in first, I have researched the noise and it seems to just be a thing the car does due to tight clutch springs and how the cars built. Also I am also used to a car that's 10 years older, so alot of the stuff is touchier if not automated in this car. It doesn't make the noise if I in a sense "baby the clutch", but after getting used to the clutch I don't hear this noise anymore when driving and haven't had any issues after 3 weeks of driving so thank the Lord. My salesperson was Mohammed, he was overall a pretty cool dude, just straight to the point, doing his job. he went over the add ons that were optional and not optional, and after negotiating, I was able to get all the add-ons removed besides the 2 year powertrain warranty since I did like this car even though it made that noise, and wanted protection if something happens to the clutch, gears, or even the engine in the next 2 years or 24000 miles, yeah it's extra money financed, but at least I'm not paying for all the other unnecessary ones. My loan is a good 16,000 at 18% due to me being younger and not having an old credit score, that's not really bad for the interest on a used car and I can afford it, and told probably be lower without the $3000 warranty. my monthly payment is 472 a month for 4 years, I make 2200 a month if not 2400 I'm a shift manager for a taco bell and have been with my company for almost 2 years now. The only concern I have is the company financing my loan, (Westlake Financial) who I got pre qualified by but, I do not see good things about them, so I'm just gonna make my payments on the day they're due if not a day early, and try to refinance in 6 months to a year. I do understand im a "high risk buyer" but, I have stable income and just want to be a responsible citizen and not get screwed over by this "shady company" I didn't have any family to advise me when getting the car but am very grateful that I had my very helpful friend take me and sit there with me. We were there for 5 hours total of 6 with all the paperwork at the end, had a slight hiccup at the end when getting ready to do the final paperwork, I'm still on my parents insurance policy which has full coverage on their cars and I'm insured to drive those fully covered cars, but they wanted me to add the car to the policy that night or pay 300 for their full coverage insurance just to drive it home. Thankfully we hashed it out in about 30 minutes with my insurance agent and I didn't have to pay the 300. Mohammed was very helpful at getting me in the car at an affordable rate and truly understanding of my situation not having something to drive to and from work and having to do it on my own at a young age. Pros1) Very happy with my 23 Tundra.2) Provided free rental due to my truck not being ready at time of purchase.Con -1) Spent almost 8 hours just to get the truck.2) Tried to lowball me for my trade in; 18' Tacoma with 90k miles, only wanted to give me 20k when KBB shows 30k.3) Salesmen arguing with each other in front of customers on multiple occasions, very unprofessional.

Purchased a preowned Toyota 4 Runner this weekend from Roseville Toyota. Dung Le was the gentleman who helped us every step of the way through the process. He was so knowledgeable and fun that he made the whole thing seem somewhat easy! Dung made us feel like family. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.The large selection of vehicles can seem overwhelming but he narrowed down exactly what we were interested in and showed us two that we had to choose between.Harrold the sales manager was very kind and helpful as well.In fact every person that we encountered there was extremely polite and nice. Its a great place to shop for a car.

Niko was great very helpful but it should not take six hours to buy a car. But a lot of the team needs to listen to the customer and not just add the extras without letting a customer know that it adds up to several thousand dollars that add to the bottom line for the price of the car. Also then I was told that my loan would 36, months then 72 month then back to 36 month so they need to get together on that item. I'm sure that they did not want me to let out all this information but people need to know. This is a great place to go just watch all the figures that are on your contact and call them out on what you do not want to pay for.

We pulled in just to see what our options were and we were greeted by one of the salesman Dung Le. He asked introduced himself and asked us a few questions then took us to look around. We were in a rock and a hard place due to our trade in situation and after explaining this to Dung he came up with a few ideas to try to help us. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement!! He worked with us for 6 hours trying to figure out the best deal that would work with our budget and maximize our dollar. I highly recommend going to see him for all of your car buying needs, we will be sending our parents and we will be back when we are ready to get our son his next car.

William Garcia was my sales agent and I can say I am surprised. He was willing to stay in contact consistently for 2 weeks while the car was getting ready, updating me on each detail and staying with me through the whole process. He wasn’t upset when I wanted to test drive another car (at a different dealership) to compare and almost encouraged me to have options. The building was a bit too big and fancy for my taste but the experience was a 10/10. (Not to mention my rates were unbeatable which i think is the most important part.) 10/10 would recommend! ?

Dads be on guard! Young women are disrespected here. My adult daughter who is a young professional went car shopping for a used car while I was out of town on business. Came home intimidated and distraught over the predatory behavior of the used car salesmen. Causing her to wait unreasonably while sales "manager" faked he was going to adjust his price. Pushing for a car with a much higher price and not wanting to work to be in her budget, then pulling bullshit threats like salesman will loose his job if this sale doesn't go thru. The Roseville Toyota used car salesmen will push and pressure until you cave in. The stereotype is reality at the used car shop in Roseville Toyota. Drive up the highway to lots of other choices. We did and are much happier. Be warned!!

Highly recommend! Very delightful experience. Did not feel pressured for the hard sell. Michael Moyer listened to our needs and gave us a variety of options within our price range. Recommend you ask for Michael Moyer if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. I intend to use this dealership for any of my maintenance or additional vehicle needs going forward.

Last week, I inquired online about a black 4- Runner. I was contacted by phone the next day. I made an appointment for two days later. The day I arrived, I did not plan to purchase, just get an idea of what was available and discuss pricing and financing. When I arrived, Romeo, the internet salesman I had spoken to was not there to meet with me. I was disappointed and approached by Chris Lucas. He was very personable, patient, attentive, answered all questions and checked with the appropriate team member to confirm other answers. Iwas thoroughly satisfied wiith Chris. We looked at all the 4- Runners based on my interest and he showed me more options, which paid off. I was not 100% about the charcoal gray vs. black I have wanted , but after negotiating for 7 hours, I drove home in it. I am confident that it will grow on me. I'm not a fan of wheeling and dealing, but thankfully, my husband is, and I am excited about having a new 4- Runner. Also, I received a USB which was to include my contract & financial documents, but when I checked it a few days later, it was blank. It’s been over a week and I can’t stop telling everyone I see about how awesome the sales guy, Ashwin Dahal, at Roseville Toyota is!!
