Perfect for your storage needs. Wide variety of sizes; indoor and outdoor units. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Very much recommended.

I've had a unit with this particular location before. When I initially got it I was able to get everything accomplished via email since I wasn't physically present.
Once I needed a storage unit again I knew what company was top of my list. From getting my motorcycle approved to the quick and timely nature of how business is done. I can say I'm satisfied with the whole of this establishment.

This Place is not only Beautiful but Spotless !!! The managers go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. You know that your items are safe with them. I can not recommend them any higher.

Very pricey. The units are not sealed well at the door and TONS of dirt gets in the unit. All items need to be individually wrapped. I also had several rodents one year. I have asked the service team to check the weather strip for replacement. Service team is very pleasant.

I’ve used several storage places and this one is by far my favorite! The owners are super friendly, they even offer you a water bottle when you’re at your unit. Nice buildings, clean, secure and a good rate.

I rented one of the bigger inside units in Pat and Bev's storage facility for close to 3 years and all I can say is they provide a really nice place for keeping your things, very secure. When I came back and found a place to live, there was very minimal dust - no moisture damage or mold or any weathering to the items I kept there. Lots of space for everything I had to leave behind, the notifications/updates for any rate changes were on-time, clear and transparent. I had a bit of trouble understanding how to key-in early in my tenancy, but Pat and Bev were both understanding (sorry for the confusion and the alarm!) and were very kind in informing me where I went wrong.Highly recommend their business for your storage needs - there is no better facility and no better people to help you get the space you need for the things that you need kept safe.

Pat and Bev run a wonderful business. Making customers feel welcome and taken care of for their storage needs. The site is very well kept and extremely secure. They took care of my parents storage needs for several years and then my own. I would not hesitate to use this business again and highly recommend them to friends/family whenever the opportunity comes up.

Bev and Pat rock! I sold a house in 2017 and have been storing my contents in two units here since then. I often have gone often to get things. Bev and Pat are amazing--always friendly, on top of things, and they keep the premises super clean. If I could give ten stars to them I would! I will soon be leaving because I now have another house but I recommend Roseville Self Storage to anyone needing a clean, safe, and friendly place to store things.

I’ve been using this facility for the last 3 years and have rented 3 different units from them. Always very clean and well maintained. The staff at the desk always able to help with any questions or changes you need/want to make with your storage unit. Also, better priced than most other places in town!
