I have had a horrible experience with Roseville Hyundai's Service Department. They have had my vehicle in their shop for repairs for a total of 3 months. When I dropped off the vehicle I was asked if the car had a warranty, as to which I replied yes I have 2 warranties. However 16 days into them having my car, I receive a call asking me to bring in money for more diagnostic testing since the car is not under warranty. I personally had to call their Finance Dept and request the copies of my warranties, which literally took me 2 minutes. I guess their service dept. was incapable of locating the warranty or contacting their in house Finance Dept. I can't even count how many different stories I have been told by their Service Dept and manager as to what is wrong with my car. I took it in due to the check engine light illuminating with a evap leak code and the smell of burning oil. I was told multiple times that there were no oil leaks. The car past all the smoke tests. The Engineers at Hyundai were involved because 2 separate mechanics could not locate any reason for the evap leak code and light. BUT WAIT-2 months and few weeks into my car still there being diagnosed a 3rd mechanic looks at it and there are multiple oil leaks, the charcoal canister needs to be replaced, the turbo is bad and countless other issues were found. Either the first 2 mechanics were rookies or my car just sat in their parking lot for 2 months before it was ever diagnosed and I was just told stories to buy more time and get me off their backs. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!! Today marks exactly 3 months it's been in their shop!!! I would not give them any stars at this point but it won't except my review without at least 1 star. By the way their response to my review will be that they provided me a loaner at their cost and that is suppose to make this all ok. My warranty (as I was told when I bought the car) covers a loaner if the vehicle is kept in service for a long period of time.

Per Roseville Hyundai service manager they have a new slogan... "We don't build 'em we just repair them" as if they bear NO responsibility for the vehicles they service and sell! Another BIG FU to Roseville Hyundai customers.It's SO SAD these otherwise great vehicles are sold and serviced by people who have zero respect for their customers...Note: Pay no attention to Brianna's response below... this is just an attempt to diffuse the MASSIVE number of one star reviews confirming that Roseville Hyundai could care less about their customers... they have ALL of my contact information. If even one person truly cared they would have contacted me months ago... THEY.DON'T.CARE!

We purchased our new car from Roseville Hyundai in September. Amanda Thomas was our sales person and she was wonderful (and the real reason for five stars)! She listened to what we were looking for and was not high pressure. We zeroed in on the Kona and she was extremely knowledgeable about the car. Once we completed the purchase, she spent a lot of time with us going through all the functions and settings. We even went back again a few days later and she patiently went through things again and answered our questions. Overall a very good experience with this purchase.

My brief experience at Roseville Hyundai was unpleasant to say the least. We drove into the dealership and were greeted with approximately 10 sales people standing under a canopy and waiting for us to park. Talk about intimidating. We are brought straight inside after saying we were there to look at a used truck stated in their website as available. Our salesperson stepped into an office and came out stating the truck was not on the lot but if we ran the credit and did the numbers they would be able to bring it for us to see. Why would I want my credit run before I even get eyes on the car. Definitely won't be returning.

In my experience the Hyundai Dealership in Roseville is truly outstanding. The workers in front, helping, service is professional and experienced at diagnosing problems. Paul was exceptional in handling my car service and warranty work in a efficient and timely manner. The facility is clean and well laid out. Check out is great. It is just the best dealership.

The gentleman Chris that helped me was very nice. Very understanding and he knew my situation and he did a fantastic job. I appreciate That he went out above and beyond to get the service I needed. And my claim accepted through the manufacturer. And above and beyond got the car back to me. 3 weeks I feel ahead of time.

Brought my car in for the Security system upgrade after I received a notice in the mail. Was able to get an appointment within a week of searching, and experience was great. Staff (Daniel was who helped me but all staff too) were incredibly friendly and helpful- clearly communicated what to expect with the service. Service was quick, only a few hours, and pick up was quick and painless too. They even offered to wash my car before bringing it to the front for me! (Make note they asked if I wanted it first, since some people don’t like their cars going through the wash). Overall great experience with this dealership location- offered a full point inspection as well and gave a good report of how my car is doing and checked for any additional recalls I may be elegible for. Would recommend going to this location!

I went to Roseville Hyundai to help my elderly mom buy a car. The first salesman, Raymond, was very nice and accommodating. He helped us with a test drive, and afterwards, my mom loved the car. She had already planned to pay the online advertised price.Then the sales manager, Spencer, met with her and told her that the advertisement was incorrect. They could only honor the dealer's choice bonus cash ($1500) OR the low APR bonus cash ($500), but not both. Furthermore, according to Spencer, the $1500 bonus cash was only available IF she financed at a higher APR (7.35% for 72 months). My mom has an 815 credit score and was putting down more than half the purchase price in cash.I told my mom she should still go forward with the purchase and just pay off the loan early. But it's really sad that sales people feel they have to be deceptive to squeeze more money out of a customer. In this case, a retired senior citizen.In the end, she got the car she wanted, but I would recommend others to go elsewhere if you don't want to play games.I'm attaching a picture of a similar advertisement with the bonus cash amounts listed.

Ty was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle I chose. Answering every question I had without hesitation. He made my car buying experience so much easier than I expected. I’ll definitely refer my friends and family to him in the future.

If you come here for an oil change that you make an appointment for expect to wait atleast 3 hours . I don't know if it's because I have a Genesis, but this is ridiculous. What's the purpose of making an appt if you have to wait 3 hours for a routine oil change. I'm not sure if there are just over booking appts, anyway the service advisors are very nice, though. Unfortunately, there's no other dealership in a 60-mile radius that offers service to Genesis. Love the car but wouldn't purchase another one in this area because of that.

This is the second time we left with a beautiful car! Traded in the Sonata for a 2024 Palisade Calligraphy In Robust Emerald with all the bells and whistles. We were greeted by John in the parking lot and he was with us through the whole process.

Upon arriving at Roseville Hyundai Dealership we met a very nice and extremely knowledgeable salesperson by the name of Hank. He inquired what type of vehicle we were interested in and immediately took us to exactly what we had told him. As we were previous loyal Toyota owners, we never owned a Hyundai prior. Hank impressed us with his knowledge of all the details of quality, craftsmanship and safety features. Since our purchase, Hank has continued to be so helpful in answering technical questions, which he has gone above and beyond his job.Contact Hank at Roseville Hyundai and you will be very pleased.

Roseville Hyundai had a great selection of vehicles to choose from, and an excellent team to guide us through the process of buying a new car. Must Fa was a very engaging and outgoing young man who was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He was able to answer our questions clearly. Spencer kept the process moving and was low pressure in reaching an agreeable price. Steve handled the finance part efficiently and was also pleasant to work with.

We bought a Kona! It's been on the wish list for a year. Researched the team before heading down there and found James to be the best choice. He exceeded our expectations. True to the other reviews, he was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable and even walked across the parking lot to get us cold drinks at the store while we waited. It was a WOW at every turn. I've already sent my sister-in-law his way. It's hard to find that diamond in the rough as far as car dealer sales personnel go, but I'd highly recommend James. James is definitely the one you want associated with your car purchase scrapbook memory. He's so good, that one day people are going to write songs about him. Thanks James!!
