I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hyundai and I must say the experience was outstanding.
I have been a customer of William (Bill) for so many years and there’s a very good reason to that. He is friendly, professional and helpful. Bill took time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing fair pricing options. Not only did they complete the repairs promptly, they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and offering preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of my vehicle.
Thank you Hyundai, William and the mechanic who worked on my car.

I don't know much about cars, so I was glad that I can trust Roseville Hyundai so I couls get the service I needed done well but not have to pay for services I don't need. Paul was professional and helpful, and made sure that the work was done quickly without hassle.

Denver was amazing! Having never purchased a car and only owning one car for close to 20 years, I was nervous and stressed about taking the leap and buying a new one. Denver was helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly (for me) patient, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me or push me into anything -- something you often see in sales and usually sends me running! Really appreciate Denver and the team, and I could not be happier with my Santa Fe!!!

They are respectful of the appointment time and answer questions well. There was confusion at the end when the service person thought he gave me the wrong car. Fortunately he just mixed up the paperwork.

Had an ok experience purchasing my car here last year. The salesmen were polite and weren't too pushy, but it's still your average car-buying marathon where the dealership fights to squeeze every dime they can out of the sale.
The service department (William was my contact) is very helpful and proactive. When my car broke down, the tow truck arrived quickly and they started work right away, giving an accurate ETA on the repair and keeping me in the loop on the situation.
