I locally could not find the motorcycle I was looking for. The model was in high demand. I called Roseville Honda and spoke with James Montgomery. He worked to find the exact model I wanted and kept me constantly updated. Once the bike arrived, he made the sales transaction extremely smooth and quick, making sure everything was in order for my out-of-state purchase. Because it was a simple cash sale, I was in and out of the door with the motorcycle in probably less than ten minutes. If you're looking for great dealer to buy a Honda product from, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you James!

Terrible service, was in there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all. Wanted to buy a honda rebel but they just ignored me. Going somewhere else.

I’ve never written a negative review in my entire life, but Roseville Honda Motorsports service department is absolutely a joke. I recently had repairs done at their shop, and when paying over $500 just for labor, you'd expect the job to be done correctly. However, they fell significantly short of providing proper service. My repair was done by Charles Ferguson. My handlebar was damaged, so they installed a new one but did so incorrectly; it's unbalanced. The manager, Phill, was extremely unresponsive, and his attitude when he did respond was condescending and disrespectful. I'm unsure if it's because I appear younger, due to my race, or if that's just how he treats all customers - which would be wrong in any case. This was my first experience with this kind of treatment in customer service. They consistently failed to deliver by the promised date, with responses always delayed past the date the manager told me. Even without major issues like engine problems, it still took them three weeks. This was the worst customer service experience ever, resulting in so much time and money, and it forced me to reinstall a part myself. They even attempted to double-charge me for a part, which makes me question their intent to rip off customers. How is that different from those scammers exploiting people in need of genuine help and service? On a positive note, their employee, Wayne, was nice, kind, and very helpful to customers, unlike his manager. The part department was genuinely helpful too.Having worked in a customer service department before, I understand the importance of communication. If you're not communicative, at least deliver a good product or service. Doing the bare minimum, like just installing and contacting customers for delayed updates, won't satisfy customers. It's hard to imagine any other service where a customer pays more than $500 for their service and doesn’t expect a quality experience or product.Having worked in a customer service department before, I understand the importance of communication. Unbelievable what a ghost town and horrible service i just got from roseville honda motorsports n sunrise. I remember this place used to be super busy years ago showroom full. Now they just have a sparse lousy selection of dirt bikes side by sides and scooters. I literally was the only person in there and got ignored. Am in the market for a streetbike. JP in sales was super rude didnt want to get up off his butt or acknowledge me. I had to go find him. His buddy or whomever was hanging out with him made some rude remarks that 1000cc was alot or too much for me lmaoo whatever ive owned and ridden several. Very condescending unwelcoming environment i dont know how they are keeping the lights on. Worst selection of bikes ive ever seen. I asked about getting a sportbike he said come back in spring like he couldnt get one or wanted me gone. I walked away he didnt even try to stop me Not coming back ever
