I wanted to thank Dr.Roselynn Young for an audiology appointment in 2019 for my daughter who was diagnosed with autism at the time. It was a challenging day and Dr.Young made the entire appointment so smooth and she was patient with my daughter. I reflect on that day often as a make or break moment and Dr.Young's patience and compassion for my daughter and I was very pivotal for us. Again, thank you Dr.Young.

I brought my 4 year old for a hearing evaluation. From the moment we came through the doors it was an amazing experience! The receptionist, Ms. Patty, welcomed my boy by name and explained all the paperwork in detail. Dr. Rosa Lynn is great. She was incredibly patient with my kiddo and explained everything going on in a kid friendly manner along with making sure I knew what was happening as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I 100% recommend seeking medical care here.

Not happy with there service or customer service My son was rescheduled twice and today was his appt and on the way he threw up on his clothes I called to let them know the incident that I had to change him and they were fine with it when I arrived they told me they could see him After all when I lived 1 hour away from Roseville i asked that willing to wait or to be the last person and they said no I felt discriminated with my son he is only 2 years old and incidents happen. Your service should be more flexible specially with mother that has little ones.

Recently the V.A. referred me to the Roseville Diagnostic Hearing Center for a hearing test and new hearing aids. My experience was both satisfying and pleasant. The Audiologist Dr. Young was very efficient and knowledgeable. She knew which product would best fit my hearing loss.I would be very happy to recommend Roseville Diagnostic Hearing Center to my friends and acquaintances.Edwin Daley

My hearing loss began in Army basic training, where there was no mention of ear protection when spending a day at the rifle range in the 1960's, and my ears rang for days afterward. My ENT doc at Sutter Health told me the Veterans Administration has a program for service related hearing loss, offering audiology testing and top of the line hearing aids no charge. When I called the McClellan audiology dept when my 4 year old hearing aids weren't loud or clear any longer, there was a 2 month wait for an audiology appt. Certain civilian audiologists are available with the same program thru VA CommunityCare, and thank goodness Dr Young is one of those providers. I like to research my health related hardware, have been very happy with my Oticon hearing aids, and hoped to continue with a newer model Oticon. When I called, I had an appointment for audiology testing in 5 days. Dr Young does the testing, ready to answer any questions in a friendly, professional manner. The VA program offers the top model from several hearing aid companies, including the Oticon More model that had the features I prefer. While Dr Young explained my hearing loss chart, she also explained what was new to this Oticon model. Meanwhile, Patty, who handles scheduling, repairs, & the front office, replaced the broken pull tab in one of my existing hearing aids. Within 2 weeks my new Oticons were in, Dr Young was SO good about answering the many questions I had, made sure all the settings were correct and that I was happy with these wonderful new instruments. I feel very fortunate to have worked with both of these caring people. Their office is located 1/2 block from the Sutter Roseville campus.

My husband was referred to this office by his ENT doctor, we were able to make a convenient appointment and treated wonderfully during that time. During the second appointment my husband got his new hearing aids and he is a new man! Thank you Roselynn and Patty for your professionalism and kindness.

Patty and Dr. Roselyn are superb and genuine people who extended help to an elderly retired serviceman. They provided help in cleaning and diagnosing the issue I have and gave me instructions on how to solve my problem. I truly felt taken care of by these two lovely ladies. Much success to their practice!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Roseville Diagnostic Hearing is. If you are concerned about the tough sell and tactics of other hearing centers, this is NOT one of those. Dr Young is excellent and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic audiology center! Roslyn is amazing and very caring and concerned that you know all about your new hearing aids. She spends plenty of time explaining all the nuances and I never felt rushed. She is also very kind and patient. I could not recommend a more competent and caring audiologist!

Friendly and informative office. Roselyn helped me choose the right hearing aids by giving me demos to try. After my decision she helped program them with my iPhone and is always available for follow-ups and questions. The price was very competitive. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. i could not be happier with this hearing center and highly recommend them.

She has the patience of a saint! I took a very difficult patient to her and managed to complete the testing and some of the explanation before the patient melted down. Even then she was very helpful and understanding
