It has been a few months since Earl and his team replaced the carpet in my home. However, the choice of carpet (many high quality manufacturers to chose from) the installation, and the finished product were all done with professionalism, personal touch and concerted effort to provide the best outcome for me. Kevin Riley and Roseville Carpet One just completed a total recarpeting of our 3,400 sq. ft. home is Granite Bay. We were happy from start to finish. Kevin offered a very competitive price right out of the gate (while other companies we contacted expected/encouraged price haggling). While we had a lot of large furniture to be moved, Kevin never balked - not even charging extra to move our mammoth pool table (which his crew did with ease). He was responsive to all our questions and requests. The installation crew was reliable, courteous and respectful of our property. We reported a minor issue on completion of the project and the crew returned quickly for fully resolve it. I'm happy to recommend Kevin and Roseville One without reservation.

I am writing this to share my experience with Roseville Carpet One. In 2020 I had a leak in my kitchen that led me to getting my floors replaced. My insurance company put me in contact with Roseville Carpet One. Beginning last year 2022 I noticed the floors started accumulating small scratches throughout the house. I have no pets and we are a no shoes inside household. I thought it was odd because my original flooring that is still present in my bathroom (also LVP) didn't have scratches. November 2022 I contacted customer service. I get a message back from Kevin. He had rescheduled me several times. I knew holiday season is busy so I let him know we can schedule something in the new year. He came to inspect the floor on February 8th, 2023. His feedback to me was that I am using a "chemical" on the floor that had built up and the scratches can possibly reduce to 70-80% if I get it "stripped". I understand how to clean and care for LVP as I've had them in the past and never encountered an issue like this. I do not use any harsh chemicals on my floor. My bathroom floor is proof of this and has no "build up" or scratches. The scratches all throughout my house have texture so it is not possible they can disappear. He said he will have the manufacturer come take a look and if I wanted, I can pay $400 to hire an independent inspection if I didn't want them to do it. I thought that was strange I'd have to end up doing that as if he knew their inspection would come to the same conclusion he had. He asked if we had any extra planks to which I showed him and he lightly scuffed it with his keys to show me that floor doesn't scratch. I honestly didn't get a good look as he was holding the board. When he left my husband tried the key thing he did and sure enough he was able to see a scratch on the new plank. Later I receive a text from Kevin letting me know I need to contact a professional cleaning company if I want to have the floor inspected by the manufacturer. I was confused because I thought thats what he was doing and he told me he'd contact the manufacturer to take a look. I do feel like it's bad service for me to have to handle contacting a cleaning crew when it's clear my floor is visibly scratched. I wonder if that's a loop hole they use to not take responsibility for a customer issue. He told me twice he has 40 years experience in flooring but then said in the text he had to google build up on flooring. I wasn't sure what to expect by reaching out and I am disappointed in how it was handled. I'd also like to add a part of the text conversation telling me if I hire a "floor inspection" and they say the scratches aren't due to build up I can "go after them" (Roseville Carpet One). That statement is unprofessional and telling how they operate. I wouldn't need to hire a cleaning business as I have a family member that has owned their cleaning business for 25+ years. This experience is a lesson learned. I hope to share my experience so no one else has to be disappointed by paying so much money for new flooring in their entire house, for them only to look bad 2 years later. I was a young first time homebuyer (27) when we bought this home in 2020 and I regret not looking into a company before deciding to go with them. I also strongly urge anyone who is a first time home owner or getting floors done for the first time to ask questions and find out about your warranty! They didn't even tell me anything about a warranty when I had the floors installed. I will not be choosing Roseville Carpet One for any future home improvements. After doing my own research on flooring and reaching out to another flooring company it's really important to know the difference between all hard flooring. SPC is more durable if you have pets or kids. The flooring I chose also has a very shiny finish compared to my original semi matte flooring. Kevin Riley and the owner Earl were fabulous to work with! After having flooring installed two years ago, a water leak in the foundation (that Kevin helped diagnose!) required the flooring to be replaced. Some installation issues were noticed throughout this process, but Kevin went to bat for us with our insurance and the carpet One team to ensure that the new flooring was installed flawlessly! The level of detail that was taken to ensure this flooring was installed to perfection, mitigating any water damage from occurring in the future (because nothing is ever water PROOF!) was outstanding! Working with Kevin was a pleasure, he took the time to assist us with selecting new, better quality flooring, and he made numerous trips to our home to help us diagnose and fix our flooring woes. Now we have beautiful floors that I believe will stay this way for many years to come! The installation crew, led by Andrew, were efficient, thorough and very professional!

Cant say enough good things about this company. Good selection, very knowledgeable, friendly, excellant products, excellant customer service. Installers are careful and clean up where they worked, our 1st job was luxury vynal all but 2 bedrooms. 2nd was high quality carpet in bedrooms.Highly recommend

We were referred by our real estate agent. Project Manager, Kevin, seemed professional. Our material was dropped from their truck and a 3 day project turned into 3 weeks of waiting and pulling teeth while the crew Kevin hired worked on our home in between jobs.The crew he hired to come out to our residence only spoke Spanish and he couldn't communicate with them. Kevin never came to the house to supervise or monitor progress or quality of work.A whole was created in our wall which Kevin patched up at the very end only after I insisted several times.A water leak was noticed by crew but never alerted us. We almost had project ruined due to non communication,If we could go back, we'd hire another company instead.

Great service. Carpet One respects your concerns and needs and makes and offer flooring to meet your needs. We had our office room, kitchen and hallway refloored with luxury vinyl tiles earlier this year and we just had 2 bedrooms refloored with the same.They matched the grain so everything flowed. We will definitely use them again. When our baseboards were on backorder, Rick brought over 5 inch baseboards which look great in the bedrooms.

These guys did an awesome job from start to finish! As first-time homebuyers with absolutely no experience with getting carpet replaced, I couldn't have imagined things having gone any smoother.Here was our experience:Sales:Rick B. walked us around the showroom and helped us decide on a carpet for our home. He was very helpful and gave us plenty of space to talk amongst ourselves but stayed nearby to answer all of our questions. The quote he gave us was quite reasonable (a little lower than I had anticipated, actually) and he was able to schedule the installation before we moved in. Over the course of the entire process, he stayed in touch and kept us up-to-date on everything. Since we were moving in immediately after the installation, Rick was thoughtful enough to give us a few days for the chaos of moving in to settle down before checking in with us. Nice touch.Installation:Alan and his team did excellent work. We had our entire second floor plus our staircase re-carpeted. our split staircase made things a little more complex but it came out looking perfect! Installation took just over a day.Our suggestion: give these guys your business!
