Buying a car is a pain.You need a negotiator and a attorney.My wife always makes me go with our kids when they are Buying a car because she says that they need a $%#@% to go with them . I always have to deal with a bunch of B S to deal with from car dealers. The Roseville auto mall is a good place for lots of choices . The trick is to get the dealers fighting against each other for your business.Bring a few red bulls and tell those guys to kick rocks if they don't give you what you want. Walk out of the building a few times and see how they give you what you want.Buying a car is a headache for sure but don't give in.Have a great day everyone.

I bought a car from the AutoNation Subaru dealer salesperson P. Burgin and had an excellent none aggressive, informative, nervous on my part, but wonderful experience.At 5 years, 3 months, the car body paint around the trunk opening began to peel due to defective paint layering. Subaru refuses to repair.

The second time, we have purchased a vehicle from this car dealership. The service was impeccable. We had Jeff, our salesman who did hands down awesome job. Very knowledgeable about their products. Was able to point me in the right direction of what I was looking for. Jeff, the manager who assisted with my loan, was awesome! They were super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I love the fact that we weren't there for hours upon hours for nothing. We literally found what we wanted filled out the paperwork and driving off the lot!

Gabriel approached me and introduced himself to me ....Very nice young guy....He was the best with no pressure...I told him what I was looking for...I said I want Big tires and rims..Want it with lift kit..and color Silver...He said I have just what you want...Told him it has to have that look if I see it I will say yes or no...I Said yes just what I wanted ?

I went here to go to the Nissan dealership but I couldn't help to drive really slow just checking out the massive selection of new and used cars there were thousands of them so what ever brand you love I'm sure you will find it here at the Roseville Automall

Took my car in for a oil change and a couple of recall notices. They found a waterpump leak during the inspection and made accommodations for a rental vehicle for me. I'm so glad that they are on top of things and didn't just overlook and let it go. Thank you all. Jason has been exceptional through it all with me.

I took my 2014 Ford Focus SE in because of a TMC (Transmission Control Module ) recall. My car has an automatic transmission and while driving it wouldn't shift into 2nd gear. They had my car for 5 weeks. They had to order the part and it took that long." ON MY WAY HOME "I left Ford with no gas in my tank, I ran out on my way home, after I was told that they would put a little gas in for me.Three warning lights came on. Oil change light, window washer fluid light, Tire pressure light.Tire pressure light came on. On my receipt it states "That Tire pressure was returned to factory settings.but they had my a When I picked up my car, it was filthy. I thought they would ran it through their car wash.I guess I was just expecting too much, after all I took my car in for " Recall ", I didn't spend any money....

Kia in Roseville is the best car place ive been to. While you wait they have popcorn and a movie. Free gourmet coffee, free snacks. Also several vending machines. Quality, polite customer service. I was impressed

My grand Daughter took her car there thinking a dealer is the place to have mechanical work done I said to her there is the last place to go there. Rip off she had her ignition key stuck the service writer's said they had to dignost it how stupid you have to be when the key is on stuck on the ignition switch you need to diagnose is one way to charge you when you have no idea really diagnose a please stuck key give me a break

He has an amazing technique of showing a lot of cars and narrowing down which cars works best for his client. My wife and I went to Future Ford this past weekend, the salesman Elijah Evans was beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend visiting the dealership and working with Elijah, he was entertaining, helpful, courteous, and worked very hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. Now I see why they have so many bad and one star reviews. If I could give it negative stars I would. We went Saturday and Sunday, both day's we were there for about two hours. Saturday I applied for a loan and didn't get approved. The salesman Yoseph Abouelwafa was helping us but I noticed his demeanor completely changed when I didn't get approved. He wasn't as friendly anymore.We went back on Sunday so my fiance could apply for the loan and after hours of waiting the salesman Yoseph suggested we leave and they would contact us the next day or 48 hour's at the most, to let us know if my fiance got approved or not. He never reached out, not even a courtesy call. I emailed the manager James Rentschler and he didn't bother replying. These people have terrible customer service skills. Do not recommend this place.
