Shopped on line, found the car we wanted.
Then called the dealership and let them know we were coming to look at the car. We then went to the dealership and found the vehicle waiting for us outside of the showroom. Two hours later we drove off in that car. They also gave us a good trade in price for our car!

One of the most disorganized branches in the world; each section doesn't connect to each other ; I had appointment for upgrade my seats and had truck rental reservation so in rental section after 20 min wating she said we have only corolla ready . Second they took my truck to another area without gave me chance to remove my tools.

We drove down from Chico to pick up the Maverick, hybrid truck. The truck was ordered from the Ford factory then delivered to Future Ford in Roseville. Everyone that we came across was really nice and friendly. Mike Razvan in sales and Freddy Naggiar in finance helped us with the truck. When paperwork was finalized, we were on our way home. Thank you Future Ford.

Shopping for a pre owned vehicle , everyone was helpful and pleasant. Couldn’t find 2 of the 3 vehicles I had picked out online. One sales person even drove me around. Over all good experience.

I've been servicing both of my vehicles at this Ford location for several years and have always received excellent service. However, my recent experience with their sales department was very disappointing. We decided to upgrade our 2021 Mach-E to a 2023 Mach-E after receiving numerous emails about their inventory and incentives, including a trade-in credit. Despite these promises, the dealership only offered an instant KBB cash offer and refused to negotiate.
I visited another dealership the same day and was offered $6,500 more for my trade-in along with a better lease quote. This stark contrast in customer service has convinced me that my family and friends will not be returning to this dealership for sales or service. I've already shared my experience with everyone on WhatsApp. I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled.
