Got my first job saved money to get a car then Bought my first car here broke down 2 days later called them they said bring it in I did they looked at it said it was fine drove home fine next moening broke agin scam me out my money :(

After researching cars and dealers all over the bay area for six months, I went on a leap of faith and ended up here. I was greeted by Todd and Matt. I ended up with an unbelievable deal on a Lincoln. This is a great place for single moms, students, and hard working professionals. The bonus is that people of color are welcome. I am so thankful about being treated with respect and kindness! Total = Automatic sale in less than one hour.

I bought 2 cars from there, and both have been great. 1 I had for over 12 years. It ran very well when I sold it. Another I bought rescently, and im enjoying it. The sales people are very helpful.with no pressure. I want to buy a another vehicle from them in the futhure.

I'd give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! JUST paid $6000 cash for a 2011 Dodge Charger that stopped driving 72 hours later due to a failed transmission. Not only am I out of a car and 6k but the transmission shop wants another 5k to fix. The dealership Won't answer my calls and basically has screwed me over. I'm without a car and 6k. Thanks Roseville Auto Sales!!!

Customer service is not their thing. Selling cars is. Asked about bringing a check from a credit union. Kept interrupting me on the phone, and was not kind. Telling me he had 10 other people in front of me. Mind you he answered the phone and I apologized for inquiry of the car I was interested in.

I would come back to this dealership. Purchased a black Chevy Cobalt from this dealership. Very nice people and the sales guy was very down to earth. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It's been a couple of years and this vehicle has been and an excellent buy. A minor tire sensor issue and a new gas cap are about the only thing that has gone wrong but other than that this car runs like a little champ for my young kid.

Rough place sold a 06 Chrysler with blown head gasket and temp control sensor. Oil was mixing in with coolant. Took 700$ in parts and a week to fix it myself. Expected not the best cars but definitely did not expect that. Beware if not mechanically inclined and shop elsewhere.

My car got stolen the other day right outside my house, so I needed a new car. This dealership has cheap cars that were trade ins. The guy, his name is Chris, was so helpful, very fun and funny. He was about to close but saw us coming and stayed just to help us. I really recommend this place, I got a convertible and he made me practice taking down the top multiple times just to make sure I knew before I left. Overall 10/10 experience, very helpful and fun!!! If you need a cheap car and a very helpful guy, go here!

Called and spoke with Chris at 131 Riverside told him I was looking for a Toyota or Honda under $4000 for our daughter. He said he had a 2006 Honda Civic avail at that price. I was a little reluctant to drive out to Roseville but I made the drive. Met Chris and right from the time I stepped on the lot he was perfect, he gave me the keys, looked over the car outside/inside was cool, test drove no issues, price was cool, paperwork took less than 15 mins. Chris was the best. When my daughter and wife picked up the car he made them feel special as well. 5stars Thanks Chris

I got my car there, and I love the car. The only thing a little off about this place is the fact they have 2 lots for cars. This would be fine if the second lot wasn't nearly 4 blocks down from the 1st one. The car is still running strong from when I purchased it a year ago. The prices were pretty good too for my first car. Great place to go for your first car.

I just bought a used car from them and Curt was very informative and answered all my questions. He wore a mask and kept distance, which is important to me. They didn't work much with me on any price reduction, but I still got the car for a good price regardless. He was kind, thorough and explained everything to me and the car is running great... So far so good. I would definitely buy from them again.
