The worst pharmacy I have ever had to experience. Never gets my copays correct, can never fill a prescription when they say, will refill prescriptions that I dont even have active, refuses to communicate with my new pharmacy to transfer, they even have called me with patient information that was not for me!

I have been coming here for about six months, as it's close by my work and the pharmacies in Auburn can be SLOW, as in an hour wait slow. Like every pharmacy, they love to play games with your medication, essentially holding it hostage, and doing the LEAST to save the patient money. They refused to accept GoodRx because "the manager decided not to" and when l had to ask for my prescription to be transferred, then they magically changed their mind. They were more than happy to fill it through my insurance, which would have been 125 more for me out of pocket. Going to the pharmacy shouldn't give me anxiety. Thankfully l had some nice employees help out so l could get my medication at the best price for me, not for Rite Aid. So l guess it's going to be a gamble going forward, depending on who's working. Thank you to the pharmacist and tech who helped me, l appreciate you so much.

The pharmacy is awful. I’ve had nothing but straight issues, and this is day 6 in a row after being told my prescription would be ready tomorrow, day after day. I’m just sick of it I see why rite aid is going under, switching to CVS after this fiasco

They do not validate email addresses for people visiting leaking out information that isn't needed, I was never a customer of this place yet my email box is full of another Brian West's info.

The Roseville location of Rite Aid has very helpful cashiers. I will return to this location when I am in South Placer county.

DEAR CONSUMERS: Please stop yelling and screaming, ranting and raving, whining and complaining at pharmacists and their associates. They have NO control over the dispensing of your medications. They are NOT doctors. They are doing their best to serve you. Thank you... rant over. Thank them for their service.

I had a prescription that was helping me for 15 years at a riteaid down the street. Due to rent increase they had to close and it was switched to this riteaid. One of the pharmacists at the "new" location decided they didn't approve of my rx and imposed study requirements and required an"explanation" for the prescription that I've had FOR OVER 15 years. So my doctor was intimidated thinking the pharmacist might report him FOR MY 15 YEARS PRESCRIPTION that had been helping me and that my insurance specially approved. Now I have to deal with the only having half of my prescription because of a virtue signaling pharmacist.
