5 minutes - 2 pallets. So fast! Perks of being the earliest. But the receiver was not professional, that's why 3 stars only. Unnecessary comments such as: can your co-driver even park? Is Unnecessary! You do your job, we will do our job. If you want to try and do it yourself , go ahead! But wait, who is going to let you do it yourself? No one! Work on your professionalism.

Mikhail was so helpful and professional . Am extremely pleased . He made the shopping so much better . Management needs to give him a raise for going above and beyond .

I went here yesterday. The frozen food I wanted was not on display, so I asked the staff. The staff were always friendly and helpful, so they said they would come back the next day. I looked for the same item again today and it still wasn't there. I asked the employee working in the frozen section again. Even after waiting for 10 minutes, the place was still empty. I asked another employee and came back 10 minutes later and it was still not there.
When I asked the last employee, he responded in an irritated tone telling me to wait a little longer. The item finally arrived after 5 minutes, but I had to endure the employee's frustration and swearing. I wonder if he would have been treated the same if I had been a white person who spoke good English.
The employee named Junior doesn't seem to understand how to serve customers at all.

An employee yelled at us for being 2 minutes late after they closed. We told the manager and he didn’t say sorry and he was focused on his phone and didn’t even pay attention, he was being rude, and didn’t care about what we said maybe because of our skin color or ?????? I don’t know what kind of manager he is.

Running the snack bar for many school functions, this place is wonderful. Makes it easy for pick ups. Everything is priced competitively. Ill go here and pay a tiny bit more just to avoid the other big box stores. Everything is fresh and makes its soo easy!!

Several times in a row, the same cashier counted the wrong amount, after I tried to figure it out, he just apologized. If I had not checked the check, I would have paid more than $100 overpayment due to the cashier's mistake. The two female cashiers are just not professional or polite.

Horrible customer service. They pretend to not know anything and/or refuse to help. Lost an order and won’t fix it , even though the payment went through. They then lie about having the order delivered and say they will bring it with another order to a company, only to realize that the other company isn’t getting an order from them this week. They are horrible, rude and scam their customers.

Thee best customer service! We visited for the first time a few months ago, where Peyton, Cassie and Heather made our shopping experience amazing. We shopped again (6/3/23) in need of a white fish. Chilean sea bass is my absolute favorite, but couldn't justify $140 for 5 pounds. Chilean sea bass is historically expensive, but I thought $28/lb. was especially high so we asked if we were looking at the right product tag. Ricardo was a few walk in freezers down stocking inventory, and kindly came over to help. Moments later, another gentlemen (Daniel), walked up to assist Ricardo. When the exchange was over I thanked both men and particularly Daniel, who didn't have to stop to see if Ricardo needed assistance. Daniel went on to share that he is the manager of that area and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. What an awesome example of a leader supporting their team. Can't wait to shop again. Even the staff at the front desk are kind and helpful (unlike the Richards Blvd location).
