I live out of town, this is wear i pick up my ship-to-store orders. The staff is always spot on, great service, quick checkout. even an EV charging station just outside the door....very cool place to shop

REI in Roseville is one of the best sports stores. I love to shop when I'm in Roseville. The store is not as big as the one in Sacramento. But it seems to have a few more discounted or bargain items in stock at this store. The store is still huge and well organized. The workers are amiable As well.

This is a review for the bike shop. I take my bike into various REI's for tune-ups, since I bought the bike with them and get a year of free maintenance. The last time I brought my bike in to this location for a tune-up, they also recommended I replace my chain, which I had them do. I paid for the parts and labor, since chain replacements aren't covered by the warranty.The first time I rode after the maintenance I noticed the chain skipping when I was riding on the highest gear. Bummer, but with free tune-ups, it's no biggie. When I took my bike in to my local REI in SB, they said my chain was already worn through and needed a replacement. Either my chain was replaced with a heavily used chain, or they didn't replace it at all.Thankfully the guys in SB offered to comp a replacement chain and install. My experience with most REI bike shops has always been hit-or-miss, but the service I've had from the Roseville branch has been especially rough. I appreciate the follow-up care, but at this point I would never recommend someone spend their money for bike maintenance at REI.

Bought my 4 year old a bike here. A few months after my wife accidentally clipped the training wheel with the car when pulling out of the garage. When I went in to REI to have them repair the training wheel, they just replaced it and didn’t charge us anything. It was so unexpected and so kind. GREAT customer service!

A great establishment filled with excellent gear and unparalleled customer service. If you’re looking for hiking backpack, seek at Bob. This guy taught me things about how to appropriately pick and wear a backpack. As a former Infantryman, I thought I knew everything. I feel partially guilty for Bob not receiving a commission for the Osprey pack I ended up purchasing
