The worst haircut in my husband's life!... It is incredible to find in a place of such demand and important location as Fountains at Roseville that they give a terrible haircut to a gentleman who is not symmetrical in any way wherever you see it. If you see it... it's like he had bitten a horse with the scissors and the skin faded with the clipper, it's as if he had been manipulated like the first day at barber school. It has been $40 dollars thrown into the trash and the worst thing is that he has to wait for his hair to grow to be able to solve the crazy haircut he did yesterday 05/05/2024 at 04:30 PM with which He calls himself the barber BEN! I can't give it 0 stars because that option doesn't exist in Google Review... And I don't publish the photo because my husband is so upset that he doesn't want to talk about it.

Sean is a very talented barber. If you want a clean cut, go with him. It's not the "salon" or "barber shop" I like. It's the barber. Good job, bro ??.

Horrible customer service! My husband paid $50 for a trim, including tips and a wash he never got. And the barber cut his neck twice. Leaving visible marks. He didn't notice until he came home and I pointed it out. I took pictures for proof. We emailed them and never got a reply. We then called and they said the wash is mandatory whether you get it or not. Washes are supposed to be optional! She told us to email the photos of the cuts and they still never got back to us. We tried calling multiple times, but they don't pick up. By far worst salon we've experienced.

Not at all worth the price. My boyfriend had his hair and beard trimmed here for 80 USD (before tip) and didn’t even get a shampoo or any other products used. His beard was trimmed crooked and some spots were missed. Very unfortunate for the price

Beware!! 0 stars!!! This dude Brandon butchered my sons beautiful hair ? We walked out of there in tears. I thought he knew what he was doing and walked away and it was a huge mistake. I specifically asked for Someone who knew how to cut long hair, does that suggest one wants short hair, NO so why would u cut it all off even after seeing a picture-I have no words only heartbreak and anger. My son took almost 2years to grow his hair out n I permed it for $180 so u could just cut it all off! I hope u don’t hurt anyone else like this in the future. This is a teenage boys self-esteem u destroyed. I hope u think twice before u do this to someone else. People u have been warned…. In case I got his name wrong the supposed barber/stylist is tall, thin, and has dark short curly hair… After the destruction, He walked away n never looked back! Choose wisely!

Just so disappointed. We've been to a few different barbers here. No consistency, work stations are a mess and unorganized. Several times the barber we booked with, when we got there wasn't there and our appt was with someone else!

The place is ok but the only reason I go here is because Tri Tran. The guy is great, listens and delivers. I'd follow Tri if he went somewhere else. The decor is fine and they offer beers and stuff but Tri is the real reason I think most guys go here.

I'm very judicious when giving review ratings; However, my teen boy just had a haircut at this salon this morning. The picture speaks for itself - we went right back in to have the bottom straightened.I don’t see us ever returning to Refine Salon, which is sad because it's in a great area and easy access.
