It's a little far from my house, but it's a very spacious, clean store with a wide selection of products.
I only buy a few items, so having a self-checkout is very helpful.
Sometimes it's fun to talk to the cashier, but in many places the attitude of the cashier is very different between customers who buy only a few items and customers who buy a whole shopping cart, which can be unpleasant. However, here, it's a self-service cashier, so it's stress-free.
So, even though it's a little far from home, I started coming here.

Nice, clean, fairly fair pricing, great staff when you can get help since it's largely moved to self check-out. Going a lot less frequently due everything sale pricing and forced app usage.
Raley's/Bel-Air Corp: The app is despicable and just to utilize the discounts/sale/coupon items it's quite a hassle. I'm an engineer and data analyst. YOUR MAKING THINGS MORE DIFFICULT THAN THEY NEED TO BE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, when you can get the same analytical benefits without all the complexity in the app. Customer login, discount, match by code, apply. Don't scan code that doesn't work, don't search, search, search, clip, use, annoy....

Had a bit of a mix up/$ confusion with my E-Cart order on 5/13/24 (not necessarily through any fault of Raley’s)and Abby went the extra mile to make sure all was correct and my transaction was completed correctly. Very grateful for that and the kindness with which I was treated. Will of course be coming back for regular shopping and using the E-Cart service again. Thanks so much!

Disappointed on the self checkout. It reported error in reading my credit card The assistant came and asked me if I had a phone number with raley. I said I do. I had to provide the phone number to complete the transaction. I don’t think raley should impose such a procedure. It caused additional delay and was very annoying.

I'm new to the area and tried out several grocery stores before finding this Raley's near me. I really like it! It can get a little busy, but the store is clean and organized well. They have really good sales that the other stores around don't seem to have. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help if I need to find something. Lots of parking, too! Definitely my go-to store.
