Pretty insane to have an express lane and yet there is never a cashier there. We always have to wait 10-15 in line to buy just two tall cans of beer. Other than that I enjoy coming to this store.

This store seems to always be half empty. Every time I’ve tried buying fruit here it’s almost always moldy, stopped shopping here completely.

We used to really like shopping at this Roseville - Douglas Blvd location, but it has really gone downhill over the past few months. We try to shop local and support family businesses, so even though this store has so many things that are not desirable, we kept trying to overlook them and kept returning. No more!! Expired cold items, meat items, and many other grocery items have become more and more common. Produce selection lacks horribly and many of the packaged produce items have expiration dates that are on the same day or the following day. Anytime we write in using the scan link at the registers, we get No response. Talking to any of the managers or employees regarding out of stock or expired items is like talking to a wall, they pass us off like they are hoping we’ll just go away. There are many other grocery stores near and around this Raley’s - Roseville Douglas Blvd location …. My strong suggestion is that you shop at one of those instead of being frustrated and disappointed shopping here.

What an absolute awful experience. Unfriendly employees that won’t help you. It was mind-boggling how they would not help!
Lines were extremely long, they have no one to bag the groceries in peak hour.
So many other options, there’s absolutely no reason to ever come back here

I asked someone who was stocking alcohol for help finding something and he told me that he's not going to help me and I should be able to find it on my own. I think his name tag said Devin? This store is so bad it makes me think twice about shopping at any Raley's now.

I can’t even begin to list the litany of issues wrong with this Raley‘s location. I promise never to return, but sometimes the location warrants another visit. Then I curse myself for even trying again.
There are no self checkout lanes, six people standing in each line for only two cashiers, no express check out, no Internet to take advantage of any kind of digital coupons, no one manning the deli counter, completely outdated store, the list goes on and on. And when you say something to an employee, they are completely indifferent. I don’t understand how this location has not closed years ago!!!!! This was absolutely my last time because this has been an ongoing issue for years. There is no effort to do anything to improve the host of issues even though they ask for your feedback!

As an employee who worked at this store for 12 years, I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere until corporate take corrective actions at this store. The store manager at this store is massively abusive and a terror for everyone. Cesar the store director is one of the most useless, deceptive, worthless individuals I've ever met. He has 0 value of his employees and treats them like it. I seriously feel bad for anyone still working at this store being treated the way they are, especially by cesar. CORPORATE YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE EMBARRASSED BY THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION OR THE WAY EVERY STORE TALKS ABOUT THIS SAME STORE DIRECTOR.

Went there looking for hot sauce, found it, and then got all my weekend food. It's such a wonderful store. I usually go to the one on Lichen, but was in the area so I went to this one.

It's no longer safe to shop here. Armed security guard stares down everyone who walks in the store. He also isn't wearing a uniform so you can hardly tell he works there. What could possibly warrant this?

The other day I had a gift card, and it wouldn’t swipe. The cashier Ashley, helped me thoroughly, she found the balance of the old card, and transferred it to a new one. She was extremely helpful, and I very much appreciate it. She was one of the best cashiers I’ve ever had.
