This pharmacy's staff are absolutely amazing! I am In the area for a few months, staying with a family member. I had medication issues from my physician in Southern CA and the staff went above and beyond to be sure my medications would be available to me. Having dealt with many negative pharmacy employees, they were definitely appreciated. .

Not even the pharmacists wear masks (put your nose in)! Funny how they give you your prescription while risking your life via COVID-19.

IT IS APPARENT THAT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CONSIDER LONG TIME CUSTOMERS IMPORTANT. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED WITH NO BANK IN Bel Air and now having to sign in to website to View Ads for the STORE everytime. I have been a customer before this STORE was a combined Belair/Raleys store. You have many Elderly customers that don't want to recall a password and ID just to look at an ad. I have enough passwords and IDs to keep and recall in my life, let's make this simple, especially for your elderly long time customers. Simplify your website so you don't need to log in to view your weekly ads.

I mentioned in my previous post that I have been a customer since back in 1985. I love shopping here, mainly because of Customer service # 1 and some times great Bargains # 2 Convenience because of location and services offered. (Post office and River city bank) #3 What most customer at Belair have not considered is Clientel shopping at Belair including myself. #4 My wife and I are BLESSED and are Seniors. We are BLESSED and retired for many years. We were shopping for Bargains after the holiday and noticed the Turkey's (one half off) , from frozen to mid range, to the premium priced version. A very attractive young woman asked me if I knew if the larger Turkey's were old or not? I told her, they do not sell Old Turkeys or Chickens anymore. The old chickens were called stewing hen's and were boiled for hours. These were consumed by the less fortunate. My hobby is cooking and shared one of my favorite recipes for Turkeys. My wife INFORMED her that it was was On the internet and showed her. She continued her shopping and so did my wife and I. We got in line and were told someone paid for our groceries. (We WERE LOST FOR WORDS) That attractive Young women bought our groceries. IT MADE OUR DAY, WE WILL DEFINITELY PASS IT ON. WHO EVER BOUGHT UP THIS YOUNG LADY (GREAT JOB)

What happened to local produce? Shelves are often out of stock and the service has been slow. One time I had some coupons that I put on the little counter and slid toward the checker, I was pretty sure she saw them but she failed to scan them and when I asked if she got the coupons she said too late you should have told me sooner. This store used to be great, prices were a bit high but service and quality made up for it. I avoid this store when possible now, sad to see it going downhill. Just another big box store now.

First I have been a Customer since this STORE was a Belair not a Raleys/Belair Combo back in 1985. Service has always been this STORES strong point. Managment seems to employ individuals who have great attitudes towards customers service. Back to my trip, I had planned shopping trip to Bel Air on Monday. I had gotten up early and cleaned up before the store opened. My planned trip was perfect, no crowds, l was shopping in the store. The lone customer if possible and I picked up all the Mondays Specials that I wanted and other items. To my disappointment, they were not correctly priced. In addition to this, they have new check outs where the customer checks their items out themselves. This enraged me because, I had a complaint and no one to comment to. The young cashier came to my aid and asked what he could do to help? My reply was yes, you could label your items correctly. He asked what items are you referring to, the specials for Monday. The young cashier gave me a funny look and said I will adjust the prices. There was more that I wouldn't care to expand on. I went home thinking, this is strange, and I told my wife what happened at the store. She laughed and replied I am glad you had your shorts on, this is SUNDAY! I am so embarrassed by my actions and the young cashier was so pleasant in response. I am not sure if I should return the discounts back to the store or offer a big apology.

Hmmm ... bought a few things for Sunday football bbq. Bacon from meat dept - very good. Clamato for bloody mary's - dark and expired within a week. I'd expect a shelf life of at least a couple of years on this so who knows how long it's been sitting. Fresh shrimp from meat counter smelled and tasted fishy ... cooked thoroughly but still seemed wrong. Bad aftertaste hours after eating. Will toss the left overs sadly. Again - bacon good, the rest not great and borderline concerned... too bad for this location

First off I love this STORE because it is clean, excellent service, offers deals that cannot be matched anywhere occasionally and it is close to my home. That being said, my recent visit was a little disappointing because the item listed on the website was not available. We were given a raincheck awhile back for the item listed but so far the item has not been available for sale at Bel Air. We spoke to the individual in the excellent meat cutting area. He explained the item we wanted is a seasonal item and he would definitely do his best, order the item but could not guarantee the item to us. My question is, why put it on the website? We called two other Bel Air stores and they did not have it either. I was there for the first day of sale and there within a hour of opening. We currently have not found the item in the refrigerator area. We have had a rain check for over a month.

Seen an ad for Trimmed Tri Tip on sale from 8-14 to 8-20 so I jumped in the car and headed to Bel Air to get some. When I got there they had a sign up in the meat dept. saying it was a mistake with nothing for compromise. Left with nothing and called the manager when I got home. He was very polite as was I but in the middle of the conversation he hung up on me. Not sure if it was an accident on his part which would make for TWO accidents one with the advertisement and one with the call but am assuming he could have star69 me to complete the conversation or usually your number shows when a call is made. Have decided I'm going to be giving all my business to the much cheaper competition and not use Raley's/Bel Air anymore. This being more of the final straw and not the only mishap I've had with Bel Air .

Have shopped here years ago and wasn't impressed but thought I would give it another chance and went for the Tri-tip ad Went to store around 6 pm on 6-29 $2.99 a pound for non trimmed. Thinking I can trim one up and make it ready for grilling When we got there we apparently missed the fine print and found the Tri tip for $2.99 a pound was sold in bulk and bagged with 5 to 6 roast and around 25 pounds of meat. Butcher came out and I asked if this is the only deal on the non trimmed being in bulk and just chuckled and said yes Well we were already at the store and already picked out other items for our Sunday Dinner so we opted for the trimmed Tri Tip at $6.99 a pound So the Butcher finds me a 2 1/2 pounder and rings it up Check out, paid and headed home Pull the Tri tip out this afternoon and guess what..... not trimmed. Just reminds me now of why we haven't shopped there in a few years

I'd like to give a public and very well-deserved shout-out to everyone in the Deli Dept at this location. Long story short, a pair of lovely ladies helped me successfully locate an odd-ball item - a delicious, addiction-worthy Asiago Pasta dish made by a small, local firm (Sonoma Salad Company) located in Petaluma. If you haven't tried this amazing salad or visited the Deli at this Bel Air location, you're missing out ... big time!

Always love seeing what new stuff they have, especially alternative food items like gluten free, sugar free, low carb, grain free. They have a lot of stuff I can't find elsewhere, or could at specialty shops, but for less money. I also like using my rewards points when they add up. I've never ever had a bad experience with any of the staff, and they're always friendly & helpful!
