I have been a Rabobank customer for many years. A great bank, until now. I just spent the last 3 hours trying desperately to capture a check image their mobil app would accept for deposit. Took at least 50 images. Called customer service 3 times. I have used this app extensively, and know how it works. Finally, someone there asked what sort of phone was I using. Turns out it is an issue with their App, not anything I wasn't doing correctly. So! I was then informed that this problem won't be addressed until Monday. Apparently Rabobank does not consider the inability for their customers to make mobil deposits a big enough problem to warrant calling tech support to come in over the weekend. I DO! I was also informed there is no way of knowing when this will be fixed. Quote, "Hopefully, sometime next week." What????? This is a bank! Their mobil app isn't working properly, this is a HUGE deal! I'm out of state! I HAVE to make this deposit!!! Solution NOW!!!!! How can this bank have no backup solution, and no one ready to work on it until regular business hours???? Very very irresponsible. Really REALLY disappointed. Will the bank make my payment for me? Pay my late fees?

ATM Only - The branch in suite 190 closed, the closest branch to this is off Douglas and Sierra College now. The ATM is on the exterior of the office at the front entrance.

They didn't give me free money, I'm glad they don't do that, that wouldn't be good for their business. Trustworthy.
