First off I don't even know where to start off at but let's start off with me coming from another future Ford dealer because I was told Roseville Ford the best so I trust the word of mouth I do have to admit my sales guys Freddy and Kyle where the best. But being told the truck I was looking into buying was ready and then not being ready for almost 3 weeks I give sales tech a call hey any update on truck on January 12 I get a call it's ready I was so excited it's my birthday gift to my self so I go in and do paper work to get me the truck I want and give my trade in in as I'm leaving the dealer I'm told I have no bank financed yet so as I'm walking out excited I sit and think why would Ford reel me in to sign paper work if I'm not financed but again I'm super excited I get my paper work and I know how much I'm paying a month which was in my budget then 4 days later I start to have transmission and ticking noise on my vehicle took it back in for then to inspect it with the did and corrected the issue drove it around a few days added 325 miles on the truck and problem came back. My co-signed received a call 11 days later they didn't call me they call my co signer to talk numbers with him like wtf he a co-signer for a reason and then I call cause the agreement was made with me so I get 3 different payment calls 1 the bank refused my offer and payment are going to 894 so 94 dollars extra from what the paperwork said wich payment where 802.00 signed so I get a second call of them telling me oh your payments are now going to me 880.00 a month 19 dollars less than what we mentioned and I tell them no I told you guys what I wanted to be at then I have one finance guy say we can't not loose out on money and another finance guy say it's not about loosing money it's about making our customer happy as I sit there and break down and cry like wtf I never dealt with a misleading dealer s*** ever in my life and I have bought multiple vehicle in the past from different dealer never not once dealt with suck bs like this and also why make somebody come in and waste time if no bank has been processed So I go back to return my truck because this dealer ship is misleading and taking advantage of a single mother trying to convince me to stay with there vehicle that already has issue. AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY COULDN'T LOOSE OUT 70 DOLLARS THAT I COULDN'T AFFORD EXTRA FOR YOUR PIECE OF S*** TRUCK YOU GUYS TRY TO GET ME TO KEEP NICE TRY REMBER I WORK IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS I KNOW WHEN A VEHICLES HAS AN ISSUE STAY THE F*** AWAY FROM FORD DEALER IN ROSEVILLE. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BEWARE, BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE

Garbage a** place. Literally worst in Sacramento. Rather get butt pummeled by a horse than sit through their bull s*** again.

Even if you call ahead, you still may wait an hour for the porter to bring your car up. Ridiculous waste of time...

I took my car in for service back in October. They did a great job and I was happy with the work done. Then the harassing phone calls started from their sales department wanting to buy my car and sell me a new one. They have been told numerous times on the phone to stop calling and continued to call until my husband threatened to turn them in, so now they are sending us handwritten notes about selling my car and buying a new one. MARLON RISCH, GENERAL SALES MANAGER is the one who keeps harassing us even though we've told him not interested and to take us off the call list. Claims he can lower my payment. Really, my car is paid off, so unless he plans on giving me a car for free, my payment is as low as it can go. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM FOR REPAIRS AGAIN. I would rather take my car elsewhere to be serviced where they don't harass you.

I really wanted to give this place a good review, but nope. Long story short I bought a used car from this dealership on 11/27/2022... I mentioned the tires needing replaced in the front of the car, early on in the day. After the salesman sort of blew my comment off... I mentioned it again and was re-assured the tires were fine... I had a feeling they weren't. I should have pushed the issue more (hindsight) but we all know what a long and grueling process buying a car is. That same night I took the car home, and of course.... the low air light came on. I took my car into America's Tire the next business day to have them check everything out, as well as balance and rotate the tires. No surprise, the front tires are shot and are so unevenly worn on the outsides of the tires they cant even be rotated. There are also cracks on the outside and inside of the front tires. I was then told, my car is not safe to drive on the freeway in the rain. So Ford sold me a car, in the middle of the rainy season, that can't be driven on the freeway... in the rain. Perfect. I brought this to the salesman's (Thomas) attention SEVERAL times. I was asked to send pictures... I did. I was asked to send more pictures with a coin in the tread... and I reminded them that the part of the tires in question were the outside and inside of the tread. Anyone who knows anything about cars knows, the coin trick is to measure the tread on the center of the tire. I re-sent the same pictures and explained why the coin photos were pointless. I suppose since I am a woman, they assumed I would send the pictures and they could blabber off something about California law and how much tread is required on a tire to sell a car... total bs. Last thing to add, apparently salesmen will take floor mats (among other things I'm sure) out of cars and put them in the car they're selling. This was news to me, but not surprising because car salesmen these days don't seem to have much integrity. Long story longer, my $34,000 car came with no floor mats. This was obvious since the carpet in the car was flawless... which would be impossible considering the car had over 30k miles on it. What was more disappointing was when I opened my trunk and realized my car had the upgraded mats at one point. They forgot to take the liner out of the trunk when they moved the floor mats from my car to another... so I got to see what floor mats should have been in the car. Considering I didn't get the upgraded model... the fancy floor mats would have been nice. I've been going back and forth with these people since 11/27/2022. It is now 1/3/2023. So unless you want to spend $34,000 on a car, only to turn around and drop another few hundred dollars to replace the tires, get your own floor mats etc. I would literally go to any other dealership in California. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE. PERIOD.

Absolutely DEPLORABLE. We negotiated in good faith and when the paper work went up to financing they added back in what we negotiated by raising the published price by the amount we had negotiated. So the offer that came back from finance was the same as what was published prior to our 60 minute negotiation with sales. BUNCH OF SNAKES - WATCH THEM CLOSELY.

I needed warranty work so ford scheduled me an appointment 3 weeks later. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that a technician cannot diagnose the problem for 3 days and would not offer me a rental car. Their reason for not offering a rental car is that they exhausted all funds to offer rental cars anymore. I've always been a big fan of ford until now. I will never recommend buying a new ford from here to anyone.

Extremely dirty sales tactics from Joshua. He sent pictures and a link for a gmc 1500 and had me and my girlfriend drive out 50 mins away just for us to show up and have him tell me he just found out "the fuckin engine messed up on that one", but I have these other more expensive trucks. The old bait and switch. He told me all about the truck at 6:30 pm when we got here at 7:30 pm he told us this. Would never buy a car from them even if he did have one on the lot I liked

Jason Weber is great! He has communicated as promised. Returned my call same day. He's knowledgeable and definitely connects with his customers to get a better understanding of their long-term goal. I appreciated the excellent service received today.

Go here for your Ford Service Department needs. First time here, and it won't be my last time. I am beyond impressed with their technicians and employees. Kind, respectful, reliable, and honest are how I would describe this Ford Service Department. GO HERE! I'm not kidding; they are the best in the Northern California region.

Beware of predatory practices. I tried to purchase an Expedition here 18 years ago when my second son was a newborn. As a CPA, I decided to leave after the "shell game" they were playing with me frustrated me. Unfortunately, my 20 year old son went there, just looking for what they would give him for his 2017 Focus ST and they sold him a 2018 Tacoma under false pretenses. Nine days later, they call to tell him that his interest rate was actually 3% higher and his term 12 months shorter. Buyer beware. Sure seems like a bait and switch to me...

If I could give these guys no stars, I would! They string you along, trash talk the offer of other dealerships for asking too much and then came in $50/month higher than the dealerships they were talking badly about. They are unresponsive and acted more like it was a privilege to buy a car from them rather than treating me as a potential customer. During a text exchange with the finance manager after I visited the dealership, he would just stop responding when I made an offer of less than the high price they were asking. Terrible customer service and very shady, just like most dealerships are. However, this one was one of the worst. Don't waste your time going to this dealership. I got a great deal at Epic Chevrolet in Sacramento. If you are in the market for a vehicle, go see Clarence at Epic and don't waste your time with these shady guys.

I brought my 2022 Ford F 250 Super Duty to this dealer for it's first ever oil change. The service tech was pleasant enough, but I almost fell over when I found out the the price for the so-called 10,000 mile service was $359.71. The "basic" service list I picked included a tire rotation and the replenishment of the vehicle's diesel DEF fluid. They charged $63.57 for the DEF fluid. Other facilities offer the same service for $129 to $159. In addition, the truck's positive battery terminal was corroded. The serve writer said the corrosion was most likely caused by a leak in the battery. When I questioned this and broached the idea of a battery replacement, he said all battery levels were tested good and to just keep an eye on it. The truck has 8839 miles on it. They'll never see me there again. One more thing -- my appointment was for 7:40 am, I arrived at 7:35 am and wasn't out of there until 10:45 am. For an oil change, tire rotation and a massive visual inspection. Seems a bit excessive.
