This store must have high inventory control issues or just bad customer service. Placed online order on Saturday evening for store pickup... received order cancelation notice on Sunday afternoon. Item still shows as available for 2 Hour pick up from store despite cancelation. Fix your inventory or find employees who will actually check.

Roseville galleria store, have spent 10 of thousands of dollars there furnishing my new home and had a haughty sales lady tell me she did not think I could afford a throw I was looking at. I have been the best customer a business can ask for, I have returned merchandise when I was send something I did not order that came to my home, it was not charged on my card and I did the honorable thing. Some of the woman in charge,you can tell who they are, their ears prick up when you make a large purchase with a more humble sales representative, these ladies have a chip on their shoulder and if you don't fit their bill they just ignore you and judge you. It really turns me off. I understand that the store had difficulty with sales but putting in these barracuda don't help.The classes are ridiculous I have not learned much, the teacher talks about herself and what she's got and her husband isn't going anywhere. I am not interested in that, I want to know what size rug in different layouts on the floor, where and how to place wall art, not what kind of fake flowers I should buy.ridiculous really and comes off as pushing accessories sales.Anyway it feels good to say this and I hope they take notice and treat people with respect.

I’ve ordered multiple items that never get delivered. My latest order was due in May. Now they say it is back ordered. I had to cancel my last order that took 4 months of continual delays. Now I’m going to have to cancel this bedding order. Very frustrating

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
We ordered custom leather couches back in February with matching kitchen barstools. They were just delivered today. We waited months for our furniture.
What I received today was half a couch, love seat, wrong colored stools not To mention one was even damaged.
I would’ve never expected this type of service and quality quality from Pottery Barn to say the least. Why on earth would I have paid the money I paid for this? It’s the whole reason I went to pottery an utter disappointment!!!
I spent two hours on the phone talking with customer service only to be told that pottery barn uses different manufacturers in Asia to make their products. Trying to convince me that that was the reason for the wrong color of the stools unbelievable!
We consumers go into the stores look at the nice things and we want them in our homes and we purchase. We expect to receive what we purchase PERIOD!
So I’m just getting started with this Pottery Barn nightmare I intend to go to the highest levels of the company To get the products and the service that I deserve!
Do not ever order any furniture from Pottery Barn if it’s not in stock, don’t buy it!

The only thing this place has is well designed furniture. Prepare to get gouged to death with fees that can't be explained very well for delivery. Originally ordered a table online that was suppose to be delivered in early to mid February and was pushed out to end of March (would have been 3 months from the order date). I wanted to cancel and get another table but was refused a cancellation or refund. After speaking with a manager, they would refund the money except for the $495 delivery fee. After days with managers on the phone telling them I couldn't wait another month for their backorder/ failure to deliver on time, I finally got a full refund. Went into the store this time and purchased another table verifying it was in stock close by and ready to ship. Service at the register is good but you have to find someone for help. Good design but the worst customer service for the money. My table was delivered, the delivery guys were good but I will never shop here again, good riddance

I ordered 4 curtain panels from pottery barn. I washed them as per the instructions and they shrank 6 inches. When inquiry about a replacement they suggested I buy new ones $800 with a 15% discount, that was the best they could do for their poor quality curtain. I said no thank you I 'll just go to Amazon where the curtains are a fraction of the cost if that was the case. I wasn't trying to get anything extra, i sent a photo of the curtain. The manager did not care. Then why would I care to continue to be a customer. Not only did they loose me as a customer I will make sure to tell everyone not to shop there. Its just not worth the price.

The furniture is terrible, we bought an armchair that cost 10,000 dollars. First we had problems with payment and then we started seeing feathers outside the couch. We made a complaint and received no response.

Unfortunately they were not able to answer a question I had about a piece of furniture (if it has drawers or shelves as online images don’t show the inside and the description of item doesn’t specify clearly) I am looking to purchase. They said I would have to drive to the store and talk to a designer but none are available today to talk to. I asked if I could get a phone number for a different location and they were unable to provide any phone numbers for any other PB locations.

Went to the store to pick something up, but says they open at 9am. But apparently they open at 10 am. Corprate should fix this issue because it made me very late for my travels. Just fix the timing so I don’t waste my time.

We went up to Roseville to take a look at PB's tables in person and found one we love. We went back to the store to order just to help the store survive v. Online ordering. The staff was accommodating and friendly every time we were there. The shipping communication was accurate and we got regular updates. Our table arrived in great condition and the delivery guys put it together and hauled away the packaging. We've gone back to order another piece. My only complaint is the shipping cost. The first round was $300 and to order the second piece was another $179. Other furniture stores will charge you an annual fee for shipping to encourage you to buy more.

Bought a sofa with our life savings. Waited for it for months. They pushed back the delivery date because they lost some of our items. We got the run around after calling in a dozen times. Asked for a refund, but told we would be charged for items never received. Now we don't have a sofa for the holidays because of this horrible customer service. I would never buy from this company again. By far the worst purchase experience of our lives!!

I absolutely love Pottery Barn products. That said, if you want some assistance while shopping, you need to find your way to a register. I've never seen anyone on the floor who can offer assistance.

Can't say all the staff is rude but the ones that have been working in this store for a while have such a bad attitude. Worse thing is I do like the things pottery barn sells.
