My friend's package arrived completely broken despite me putting tissue paper and bubble wrap around the candles I sent her. The people here were also unprofessional. I paid $46 to mail this package and it arrived to my friend in pieces. I will not be mailing through this place again.

Should've trusted my gut instinct. When I walked in to drop off my boxes, labels already fixed on the packages, I noticed a large amount of packages all over the store. It was like a hoarders house. Lo and behold, the boxes I sent, arrived back to my house. the address on the labels were to other businesses. She even removed my label, put it into the box and sent it back to me instead. Do not go here. She is untrustworthy.

Tried to charge us $140+ for an overnight FedEx envelope. In the FedEx office we sent this envelope for just $47.

Walked in. Saw the place. Walked right out. Based on appearance, I would not trust shipping items out of this place.

Our needs were basic- USPS closed at 5pm andUpdate: My husband paid $2 for a shipping label to be printed given a QR code. They scanned the code, took the $, and never put on a new label! Next thing you know, the box arrived at our home w the original shipping label on it instead of being shipped back w the new label. That was a disappointing waste of time.they were open past that. They accepted my husbands UPS return w a QR code. I needed to ship a package, and instead of paying for a box, they also had a stack of recycled boxes we were allowed to go through. Smart me- I brought my own packing tape, scissors, and packing label :) and they accommodated our toddler running around.

Place charges more than expected got a roll of 100 stamps thinking I would pay near the normal price for a stamp. was charged .74 per stamp. Place did not look organized.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I wish I could give zero star for this place. I shipped my package envelope using international service. the person who created the label input totally incorrect information about the package and overcharged me like 4 TIMES MORE (PAID ALMOST $200 MORE) than I paid in different location of FedEx authorized ShipCenter. I ended up paying so much money on it and the package is not even going through the customs because she input incorrect commercial value as well which was 2000 TIEMS MORE than the actual value for the package. This is fraud transaction.

This place seems really sketch. Lady at the front just seems miserable. Not helpful at all. I came to ship something out via FedEx and asked if they taped boxes and have a packing slip. She said yes but we charge $2.00 I asked if they sold tape and she said yes. I asked how much and she just said the tape is over there but did not even say where it was. She seemed too busy to help out though she was clearly just sitting there, eating and watching a video. I left.

Postal Annex is a breath of fresh air, a sigh of relief... in this busy world we live in it's nice to know that there's a place where you can pop in, get your packages shipped and go on about the rest of your day.This is such a place.The lady there is sooo nice, she got my package addressed and done in just a couple of minutes. This was a much better experience than going anywhere else and having to wait in line.(I was going to go to the post office, here was BETTER!)

I needed some postage stamps to mail 25 cards. As I walked in there was a lady sitting in the dark corner. I asked how much does a stamp cost. She said 70 cents. I had not bought a stamp in years so I asked for 25. She said I had to buy 2 books of 20 stamps. Charged me $34.00 and didnt offer me a receipt. When I got home (of course) I did the math and called her. Understandably, I could not return the stamps. She told me that they have to charge extra for the Postal service. I will never go to that Postal Annex on Pleasant Grove again. No wonder there werent any customers. It's very dark, messy with stacks of used boxes in the open area, and did not have a professional appeal. I paid the price because I didnt do the math before buying the stamps and was in a hurry. Never again.
