They are THEEEEE BEST nail salon HANDS DOWN or UP?! lol Either way- you will never be dissatisfied n if you are- just let them know - they will fix it and make it right until you are! I recommend them to everyone- even if I have been traveling and am in desperate need of a fill, I won't go anywhere else! Super loyal because they are just that good!

Love this nail salon! I’ve been 4 or 5 times now after my previous salon closed during Covid. All the ladies have been great and I’ve left very happy every single time. I always have my nails short, but I’ve seen fantastic long styles with impressive designs too. Thanks to John who’s always smiling, and Kim and Molina have been so sweet.

My daughter and I had a first time appointment at this salon. We arrived early and the technicians had clients. They asked if we needed help and I told them we had two appointments for 5 o'clock. That was the last we heard from them. We waited unt 2:20 and no one said a word to us. We got up and I said we were leaving. The man working there just said sorry. We drove in traffic to get there and we were treated horribly. My daughter assumed that the owner was not there. I don't know but we will never go back. Horrible way to treat new customers!!!!!

Yesterday my mom and I went to Posh Nails after being recommended by several people to check this shop out! Her and I got pedicures, her's the Aloe Vera and mine was the "Pedi in a Box". We both got an amazing pedicure with wonderful results and a calming, clean atmosphere! After I had worked a long day this was exactly what I needed to relax. I did not catch the name of. The lovely woman who did my pedicure but she was very nice and we had some conversation! I always know my toenails have many flaws from being in ballet my whole life and she worked so well with them and the little nail I have! I have been places where they do not know what to do and you almost feel ridiculed for not having perfect nails but this was different! She knew exactly how to help me out and did not mention a thing which I appreciate more than anything (since i definitely am conscious of my toes)! For my mom, her artist Tammy was out of this world, kind and caring! She kept conversation going and my mom really appreciated the deeper pressure massage in her legs which Tammy did so well! The aloe Vera pedicure was very moisturizing especially in the winter time when it is dry and the skin becomes more cracked. My mom also got a basic manicure from Tammy and this service to was great! The application was spot on and we left feeling relaxed and very happy with our experience! This was a beautiful shop and the prices are very reasonable and competitive for this area, you 1000 percent get your money worth when you come here! Whether you are a frequent flier for getting your nails done or you like to treat yourself, I highly recommend checking this shop out for an amazing experience where they truly go out of the way to ensure you leave satisfied and happy! I will definitely continue to come back to this shop to try more pedicure types and check out the other services they offer! I can not begin to thank everyone enough for being so kind and welcoming!

Had a horrible experience with one of the nail techs. Called to tell them about it and they told me he doesn’t work there anymore. I was so relieved because this is my usual nail spot. They were super nice about everything and told me to tell her right away if there was ever an issue. She fixed my nail and painted my daughters for free when we came in.

I’m not the one to leave reviews but I would NOT go here for an eyebrow wax. I paid $15 for nothing. No shaping & no where near cleaned up. I asked her if she could clean it up and I don’t know what she did but it looked the same wayServices: Acrylic nails

I was given a gift card to this place for my birthday, I'm so happy I went here!! Justin did my nails and he was amazing. He's very knowledgeable, and does things the right way. I'll definitely be coming back here regularly, and back to Justin for sure.Services: Nail extensions

I got my nails painted a light purple, and the next day they chipped terribly without me even doing anything. I bought nails for one day for about $35. Would not recommend, I was very disappointed.Services: Nail designs

Awful customer service!!!! Stay away from this salon. They are terrible with people. I had to stop going there after a recent experience where the woman doing my nails was being extremely rough and caused me to bleed. When I spoke up about it she seemed to get even more upset and went out of her way to mock me and be condescending. I started going to a nearby salon instead which is way better than POSH salon on all levels. And you will not believe it- a woman walks in almost in tears saying she was just across the street getting her nails done @ POSH nail salon and the man doing her nails yelled at her and told her to LEAVE! She said after being told to leave she drove across the street because they didn’t even finish her nails and she needed them done for a dinner party. I felt so bad for her and couldn’t believe they would treat a customer that way. They are so unprofessional and clearly they are making a bad reputation for themselves. Stay away from this salon and/or report them for their horrible service.Service: Manicure

Omg I was sooooo happy Amy contacted me she's so sweet and understanding, she offered to have me come in to have my nails fixed and I was not disappointed! I am in love with my new nails and they did a wonderful job. The person I had was very gentle and payed attention to detail, I gave him a tip even though I knew I did not have to pay. I know he really deserved it and I'm just so happy they got fixed and this time around it was wonderful. Thank you so much Posh nail and spa team you all are amazing!! Thank you Amy for reaching out fast and being so kind.

I can show text messages from Ann asking me to come back. I am many things but not a liar. The only reason I had to change my mind so many times was because every color that I chose, your technician was not able to put on, or there was not enough of it. I did ask for recommendations on colors, but did not get any because he was not able to communicate with me. you only poked your nose over and offered assistance when I was obviously flustered and holding back tears, AGAIN! It seems like your pattern is whenever a client complains, or has a problem with the crappy service, you don't ever apologize for the service, you call the person a liar, or tell them that it's their fault. Horrible business practice, literally the worst nail salon ever run by the worst owner ever. Prove me wrong.

Horrible nails and service. I paid $40 to get nails done and an hour later they were peeling and the wrong color. She also didn't touch the cuticles, so the nails are growing out already. Then owner-Amy did my nails, and she was on her phone the entire time. We Went in for a refund and they only gave me $20 back. Would not recommend.
