Clean,convenient storage. Service is professional efficient ,responsive to calls and questions convenient supplies and even a moving truck for tenants! Can't beat that! So happy I found them!

The staff was really polite, professional, helpful and provided a really great experience. The facility was well kept up, clean and easily accessible. They had the best rates even without military discounts. They offer great moving kits and they even have a moving truck that you can borrow (cheaper price than Uhaul). If you get a certain size locker they will loan the truck for free up to a certain mile, but you still need to pay for the gas. I 100% recommend Pleasant Grove Self Storage if you are looking for a place to store your goods. The only negative (not even a negative) thing I have to say is that you have to get your name in early especially for a climate control facility because they are always fully booked because of how good this place is. I was a tenant at this storage facility for 11 months.The location itself is tucked away on a non-busy road, a plus.It is very well maintained, consistently.It was very clear that the main front desk attendant, Sherri, took great care of her grounds.I don’t exactly know if she was the owner, but she definitely assumed that type of role and it was nice to see someone at work who cared about being there and cared about her attention to detail.5 Stars.Would recommend for storage in or near Roseville.

At Pleasant Grove Self Storage, the units are clean and spacious. The grounds of the facility are well maintained and secure. Sherri is easy to work with and always very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Pleasant Grove Storage and will use them again for any future storage needs.

Sherri is amazing. And her Son Austin, kind and caring people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have referred several people and I have used them many times and also presently right now. Very clean and I mean down to ever detail.

I cannot tell you how wonderful and understanding Sherry is. When covid hit I fell behind on so many bills. Sherry has been patient and so nice while I struggle to catch up. Whenever I call to make a payment or give an update she is the sweetest. Has never once made me feel badly for falling behind like so many other places have. As for the units, mine is indoors and temp controlled. It is 2nd story but there are cargo elevators and push carts for heavy and multiple items. This is literally the only facility I have ever used that has no rodent issues, leaving their droppings everywhere. That doesn't happen here. No rodents which is a huge plus for me. They are a little more expensive than some other facilities, but you are getting quality for the few extra dollars a month and that is worth it to me. You want rats? Go cheaper. You want clean and protected belongings with no rodent issues? Then this is your place. It's also conveniently located by my home. It's by the fairgrounds, just a quick jaunt down Pleasant Grove or Washington from 65. I absolutely recommend this facility for your storage needs. I will never use any other facility. All the other reviews saying how awesome Sherry and Austin are, they are telling the truth.

From the first day, Pleasant Grove Self Storage gave me the sense that my belongings were safe and secure. Convenient location, helpful staff and fair prices. They give you a free moving kit when you sign up (with a minimum size unit).

The owner Sherry and her son really do deserve praise as they do an amazing job managing and taking care of their customers needs. I sold my house back in October and had to utilize storage in between housing which can be stressful and lot of work. They were always professional, flexible, and communicative with anything I needed which made my experience that much better! If you are looking for a good storage place with great prices and service, highly recommend Pleasant Grove Storage!
