It was easy doing business with Paramount. Doug Locsin and Jamie Williams walked us through every step of the process. I had many questions and Doug was always responsive and sometimes after hours. They had lots of patience with us as we learned docusign and their company web interface. I shopped around and their rate was better than Quicken which was surprised me. This is a well run company with excellent customer service.

Joe Green was extremely helpful in our loan process. He allowed us to contact him on a Sunday after we found our house so we could get preapproved right away in order to make an offer! Joe communicated and called often to update us on the process and he was able to match the rate my credit union offered which was great!

I am a real state agent and had not worked along side Paramount Partners Group before this recent transaction. Therefore I am a little leery working with a new lender. Joseph Green, loan officer, proved to be professional, conscientious and a great communicator.
There was one hiccup with the appraiser, who kept disappearing, Joseph Green did everything in his power to get the appraisal in so we could close on time. Keeping me and the buyers well informed of what was going on. We did close a few days late, not at all because of the lender but because of the appraiser.
I will absolutely recommend Paramont partners group to my buyers.
