Racial Profiling at its finest!!!! Yesterday 11/13/22 my daughter and nieces whom are 13 & 14 were stopped by an employee with dark brown curled hair. When stopped, my daughter was accused of stealing!!! Immediately the unprofessional employee asked my daughter "where is the green shirt" my daughter looking puzzled gave the lady her whole bag and saw there was no stolen anything in her bag then proceeded to ask to check other bags... when the girls gave the bags to the employee she was rude and WRONG! AND DID I SAY RUDE! no employee wanted to provide a name to give to corporate they said it was against policy to provide names??? When the girls went to get adults from the shop next door to let them know what was going on the and ask for a simple apology the employee quickly got an attitude. If you are wrong, own it and move on. Apologize when needed. My girls were embarrassed and had done nothing wrong!!!!!!! Now here it is today and NO ONE is answering the phone at PACSUN..... Whats crazy and bothers me more about the experience is... My daighter and nieces are all mixed.... 3 are significantly darker than the 4th and why is that the "whiter" looking niece was the only one not asked to show what was in her bag??!!!???!!! I think PACSUN employees need better diversity training and learn how to speak to people especially children in a professional manner especially when they are conforming to your requests and when they prove nothing was stolen a small "my bad" or "i'm sorry" is provided.

The customer service here was horrible. The teenage working girls create a judgy and condescending attitude/environment. Good store product wise only.

PacSun dishonestly advertises "Buy one, get the second for 50% off" on all jeans and pants. We were in the store on Saturday and my son bought 2 pairs of pants and was not given the discount.When I asked why, the cashier said it was because one pair was men's and the other women's.Talk about GENDER DISCRIMINATION!! Will not allow my kids to shop there ever again.

Terrible terrible manager! So terrible she refused to even state her name! She follows you around like lost puppy. Accusing people of color or stealing ( I actually witnessed this while in the store). I hope she makes a lot of money because she acts like she's the owner ?. Zero stars for manager anonymous.. ( white woman who works Sunday afternoons)

I would not recommend coming to this location, most of the employees were fine ,but I came in around 3 , and I walked in and was greeted , but when I walked around the store I noticed one of the workers behind the cashiers counter (she was wearing glasses and had brown straight hair ) she kept staring at me as I was shopping and looked at me as if I was going to steal and kept death staring at me when I was walking around the store it made me feel like she thought I was a criminal or shouldn't be shopping there. Would not recommend coming here
