The Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the equipment is the best in the sport. Family owned, Orvis is the place to further your flyfishing journey. (And the clothing is all extremely high quality and beautifully stylish) It’s always enjoyable to visit this store.

This place is fantastic. The Alison was immediately welcoming and friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding gear. Additionally, Austin was able to give me some tips on methods and flies for fishing some of the local rivers - I took the advice he gave me, and was able to pull my first trout out of the Lower Yuba River the very next day. They've definitely earned a returning customer.

Way way way to expensive..Didn't even have that great of selection. What really sucked was when I walked in and was given the cold shoulder 2 times when I asked about fishing nets.. no worries I went to bass pro and got what I was looking for..

I'm heading to New Zealand in March to have my fishing experience of a lifetime and I needed to hone my fly casting skills. I called Orvis and they set me up with one of their instructors (Brandon) who figured out my bad habit within 5 minutes and we spent the next hour making improvements and getting dialed in. Brandon gave me some things to work on and offered a return visit before my trip to continue to work on my cast. Super nice people and I highly recommend this shop. Stay away from the other online shops and go to where someone like Brandon can actually make you better. Cheaper isn't better, it's just cheaper. Thanks Orvis and especially Brandon!

Noah has great Customer service skills! He was very accommodating when I had to return a coat with a zipper that kept malfunctioning- it was a Barbour coat too so I was surprised but glad I was able to exchange it. We were very pleased with Noah's professionalism. The Manager at this store is also great, unfortunately I did not get her name.

Dropped my rod off for repairs and got it back about 4/28 and got it back on 6/28 about 6-7 weeks in total so not bad. Ben was the sales guy was great. Real happy to be getting my rod back. Will be fishing this weekend. Thanks Ben your awesome
