Just moved her from the bay area and found them on Google and pictures seemed to present some good work. I walked in and absolutely no one said anything to me. I sat then someone asked what was needed. I said full set, again no replies. I then used bathroom and washed my hands thinking someone was going to take me. Another woman then asked if I had an appointment, I let her I did not and let her know I can come another time if needed. She made me feel as a burden and said she will call her other appointment to see of they are coming. At that point I let her know it wasn't necessary and I would be leaving. She did not oppose it. I then called my nail tech in the bay area and saw she had a 3pm appointment. With traffic I'll be there within 2 1/2 hours. Mind you, all my long time nail girlies will understand; you can't just go anywhere especially being picky on shapes and styles. My nail lady jumped and said head on down. So as I got up to leave another lady walked up and waived me to sit in the back. I told her I was okay and to have a nice day and left. Very uneasy and uncomfortable feel in this shop for me. Non welcoming, no customer service. I spend a ton of money on my nails monthly so I would never accept this as a new customer looking for a new tech.

I have been coming here for 8 months now and Mimi always does me right!! I've started getting dip powder from her and because of that my nails have been able to grow out super long -- no one believes me at first when I say they're my real nails. I love getting my natural nails with a solid color or french tip and Mimi is always perceptive to exactly what I want and doesn't hesitate to change it if the color or shape is not what I wanted. She is the sweetest ever and I would recommend her to anyone! A friend recommended me to her and I have been coming religiously ever since! Also I've noticed if there's a customer that is unhappy with the service or had to wait super long or something like that, she always tries to make it right by giving a free voucher or something or other. She definitely wants to make sure you leave satisfied with your nails! 10/10.

First time going to Orchid Nails and Spa. I went there based on the reviews. I had a very enjoyable experience with Bi doing hard gel on my nails with a design. He was very friendly, and paid close attention to little details. Fair prices too. I will be going back!

Requested style: I requested a floral design. Not only did he nail the flowers but added gold flake which I've never had done before and added gems that were really the cherry on top.
Cleanliness: Super clean space and stations
Stylist: My stylist was Bi and he was the friendliest stylist and quite funny. I told him the nails are for my wedding and he was so fun and sweet about it. He checked angles I've always cared about, but no other stylist seems to get it right, but Bi made sure everything was perfect and even. By the end I my nails looked better than I imagined.

I have gotten my nails done here so many times. Every time the girls in here do an amazing job and are extremely kind! I won't go to any other nail salon in the area!!!!

B did an amazing job on my 4/20 Nails. Instead of actual flower he used Italian seasoning and it came out just as I imagined it!!! I love it here ❤️

Once again Bi did an amazing job. His attention to detail shows every single time I go and my nails ALWAYS turn out better than the reference photo I show him. Not only do they look great when I leave but they are so well done, that I don’t have to go back for a few weeks.

Mimi was so accommodating and wonderful. She was so kind to me after I had a bad experience at another nail salon right before I went to her. She was very fast and precise with my nails and was eager to do whatever I wanted. I’ll be returning again, thank you Mimi !
