Got a good deal on a well-optioned '05 Eclipse Attitude 19fk toy hauler yesterday. John was upfront over the phone about the awning canvas needing replacement and about expected, normal wear and tear. Having traveled from Trinity County for this particular trailer, I appreciated being allowed to take my time to independently inspect the unit from top to bottom and run onboard systems without a pressured sale. Great to see three generations of gentlemen running a family business together. Now if I can just talk John's dad out of his maroon Ford Model A truck parked in front... ? Thanks, fellas! ????

Horrible customer service son ( Luke) is selling trailers on fb market like he is the owner but it's actually a used car lot he just works for daddy text the son the night before and he finally text me back the next day i go down to see the trailer i go over this trailer with a fine tooth comb I'm mechanically inclined look it over decals on the outside look like the trailer had been in the sun it's whole life trailer was a 2010 keystone fusion 33' red and black decals were trashed fenders on both sides were damaged from blow outs driver side rear tire was the spare the tire that came off was under the trailer with a shredded tire on so they were selling it with no spare tire the main slide in the living room would close all the way which he said was from the couch but it was from the tire blowing out and jarring the slide so it wouldn't close all the way seals i. Both ladies were completely deteriorated and rotten so they were for sure going to leak generator would not start by it's self at all had super old gas in it when trying to fire and wouldn't fire at all bathroom showers enclosure was super loose and there was mold on the walls your could see that they had tried to clean off to hide the cabinet next to shower had water damage exterior speakers were blown out and had fabric stuffed into them when you disconnected the shore power the batteries were completely dead and wouldn't operate anything inside the trailer that was low voltage no lights or anything so after finding all these problems we talked and i said i wasn't going to by the trailer it had to many underlying issues that i didn't want to deal with and there were to many unknowns so i walked away as i walked away he said he would take 17k cash i said let me think about it finally i decided it was a good price and i was saving almost 2k amd i could probably fix everything with what i was saving so we agreed and shook hands and i said i would be back first thing in the morning with cash in Hand i left hours later at 10 o'clock at night he text me "Hey i wanted to let you know a guy showed up , paying me full asking price cash on the spot I had no choice I hope you understand " after we had already agreed shady business who have zero honor and take zero pride in there business i wouldn't recommend them to any one selling junk and saying it's gold save your self a head ache look up there reviews alone horrible place don't get suckered I'm glad i dodged a bullet and didn't buy the trailer wish i could give zero stars

My heart hurts after being lied to by the owner of this business. He came out to purchase my late parent's 5th wheel. We were asking $7,000 because it was in good condition and knew the value of it. We needed the money to pay for things for my father's expenses. He comes out with his so called wife and baby and starts talking us down. Because it needed tires and batteries. Texts and tries to talk down more. We are already exhausted and emotionally reeling from everything that comes with death of family members. He says come on, "can't you help a family out that's just starting to camp? We wanted to buy a new one but need to save more money." So brother and I say ok because he's putting on a good act- preying on our emotions. We just wanted another family to love it. i even asked him, " are you sure you're not a dealer!?" Because he also tried asking me if I wanted to sell my excursion. So now it sits on this lot for $4500 more than he paid me. I get everyone needs to make money and that's business but this guy is dishonest. And he will be again. So I hope no one buys anything from him again. I give zero stars but had to pick one option

Great experience! Isaac helped us and was super honest and told us exactly what was wrong with the truck so we could see if it was the right fit. Turned out to be just what we were looking for. Great price and smooth transaction. Would do business again. Thank you!!!!

This is a nice little place to buy a used RV. We had responded to ad. Like other reviewers Jimmy and Matt happy to have us stay after hours to decide. Just disappointed in the lack of follow through to get a slide out problem fixed. After sale finalized they did not follow through with promise to fix it. Otherwise would have bee a 5 star

Not a good experience. Never in my 60 years have I met a sales person so incredibly obnoxious. Came to look at a trailer based on an ad and a phone conversation. After arriving, it didn't take long to figure out that they were not being honest. After about ten minutes, we said thanks and left. Just got glares with no words. Then a few minutes later I got a message on my phone about how I wasted his time. He didn't even get out of his chair! Just when I thought I'd seen it all. Steer clear.

We just had a great experience buying our first ever motorhome at One Stop. They're a family business (3 generations working together), so the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There was no hard sale stuff/pressure put on us at all. We appreciated how helpful they all were with showing us how everything works. The paperwork was done in minutes. Thank you!

Drove 75 miles to see a trailer on Sunday- Tony opened to show it to us which was nice of him. After viewing the trailer he made a good offer. Being the first trailer we have ever seen we said we would let him know the next day. The next morning at 9am I left a text message saying I wanted it, then another at noon then a couple more voicemails which went unanswered. He later that evening said he had problems with his phone yet the evening before we were texting back and forth.I got a hold of the owner Jimmy and made arrangements to leave a cc as a deposit. He promised that he would hold it until I could get there a few days later. The next day I was informed that it was sold. The owner said he would get back to me and give me a good deal on some trailers that were coming in. It's been over a week and no word. They do not keep their word and I do not trust them anymore.

Simply the best RV dealership here in the Roseville community all very professional great deals! I just bought my first RV a 2002 Winnebago Minnie Winnie we love it the staff was very patient and friendly and paperwork was a breeze! I encourage all New or Experienced RV buyers to come down and check it out! The owner was so kind to even let us stay after business hours to make our decision! Thanks Jimmy!

Hey guys thanks for the pressure free, easy buying experience. Jimmy and the old guy were very kind and fair during some good ol fashion negotiating, where we both left happy. They helped me get the registration on time even during covid. I definitely recommend One Stop over a big dealer where you get hassled. I appreciate everything you did for me even went out of their way to rewire my harness and brake light that were faulty

This was a joke. We saw trailer online and contacted dealer. Agreed on price and time to pick up. We got there on time , 90 miles from home and was told that it was sold to someone , 10 minutes ago. Not the way to do business.

do not buy from these clowns !!!! i mean if you want complete junk be my guest!!!! the things they do have that are worth any money are on wholesale. you can probably get a better deal from a real dealer like camping world. because that's where they get most of the trailers anyway !!!!! if you want to contribute to people that dont pay the people that work for them!!!! by all means buy from these cheats!!! they always tell the employees that they will pay but never ever do. do yourself a favor and do not buy from these people!!!!! jimmy the owner owes everybody!!!! you've been warned !! people like this give honest hard working small companies a bad name!!!! and when they change the company name to nor-cal rv. its still going to be the same shady people doing the same shady crap. doing it to get away from the bad reviews!!!! any good reviews they have are from family and people that they know!!!!!

I wanted to add to my review... they're doing business now under the name, Wheels and Deals RV. Don't let the kid working there fool you into thinking he's an honest young man, because HE IS NOT!!!

We had a great experience with this Auto and RV Store. We responded to an ad and got there quite late in the evening and looked around for a long time, but Jimmy the owner was very patient and never rushed us. We decided on one, there are a lot to choose from, great quality and amazing prices. We picked the trailer up and it was all ready to go, paperwork was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this business.
