As soon as I pulled up I got greeted with a smile and offered juice ! :D I don't think I was even here for and hour everyone was so kind and fast and they serviced my back and front windshield with a cleaning. The way the spoke with each other with concern and respect made me feel safe with my vehicle in their hands. I highly recommend this place of business

Trying to uprsell, hard. Just needed an oil change, usually takes 10 min, after waiting there for 45 minutes, left without service. Suppose to be fast drive through oil change.. not up for its name.. if you value your time, use someone else.

This is the best oil change shop I've ever been to. They are very customer service oriented and communicate what's going on with every action they take. Highly competent and very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this shop for oil change service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their services. Had an issue with my transmission pan stripped bolt and they corrected the problem. They are very professional and have a customer for life!Services: Transmission

Eaited an hour and a half fpr three seperate people to do a basic oil change, all while three people that arrived after me were serviced and completed. Their prices are filled with hidden fees so the 15$ discount is just bringing the price down to advirtised pricing. They will try to push autozone buffer fluids for overinflated prices and tell you they are not on commission sales. Overall an average experience but took way too long.

I've been a regular customer at Oil Stop for three years, faithfully scheduling my car service every three months. Previously, I used the Elk Grove location, which provided excellent service until it closed down. After some research, I transitioned to the Roseville branch, where I've had three visits in the last year.During my first visit at Roseville Oil Stop, I was informed by a technician that my oil was overfilled, but I was assured it wouldn't be a problem. And I did manage fine despite the annoyance of a loose rattling sound underneath my car. My actual vehicle ran fine after the first visit. However, Three months later after my second oil change, I noticed the rattling sound was louder, as if fewer screws were used to secure my plate underneath my vehicle. Also, every time I applied the brakes, a red oil light flickered on my dashboard in my car. This was after my second visit. Despite these concerns, I continued to use their services.After this (Sept. 2023) most recent visit, I experienced a significant increase in the rattling noise beneath my car. As if only one screw was holding the plate on, the rattling was extremely pronounced. However, my vehicle ran decently, so I ignored the rattling. However, about 10 days after my oil change, I was accelerating to enter the freeway when all hell broke loose. I was rattling onto the freeway, and my check engine light started flashing, and my car started buckling. I had to exit off, and now it’s evident to me that Roseville Oil Stop didn't secure my vehicle properly.I was initially hesitant to share this negative feedback, as I genuinely appreciated the courtesy and politeness of the staff, their willingness to honor online coupons from other locations, and the complimentary drinks. However, as I find myself with a flashing check engine light and a rattling plate, I can no longer overlook the recurring problems. Also, looking at their reviews, I've noticed in their responses to other reviews, they addressed most issues except for one customer who experienced a similar post-service problem. This leads me to believe that a crucial aspect of their service may be lacking - the proper re-securing of a customer's vehicle.In conclusion, while the complimentary amenities are a nice touch, they don't compensate for the frustrations of having a vehicle that isn't running as it should. Unfortunately, I can no longer continue my patronage at Roseville Oil Stop. It's a serious letdown for someone who once felt entirely comfortable trusting them with my car.Service: Oil change

This Place Rocks! The Team Members here are Pro's! I have Ford F150- super reasonable pricing for Oil Change $110! While inspecting and servicing oil system, they check all fluid levels from Transmission to Coolant! Yes, it's an up-sell, but why not, you're there already! I was treated by a very friendly Jeremiah and during my service, he lubed, truck hinges and doors, cleaned windshield, checked air pressure in tires- Just an amazing experience for my 2nd visit!! You should definitely check this out on your next service!! Oh and they had me in and out in a little over an hour! Outstanding!

Wowzers. I haven’t had such bend over backward, genuinely friendly service in an incredibly long time.They were so nice, I wanted to buy all the things, but alas budget wouldn’t allow. HahaThey make lots of offers of things you can upgrade, but are perfectly fine when you cannot or don’t want to.Definitely recommend.

The drive-thru service was great. They offered beverages, topped off all fluids, oiled the door hinges...and all the employees were very kind and professional. You even get a free car wash voucher at this location.

On Wednesday, July 26th, I visited this location in the morning. One of the employees there was responsible for directing customers to different bays, and unfortunately, I was directed to one of the furthest bays on the left side. Despite the employee being in front of my car without any obstructions, he failed to notice that my front left wheel was about to hit the curb. Consequently, my wheel made contact with the curb.Despite the situation being evident, the employee continued insisting that I move forward, even though doing so would have resulted in hitting the car on my right side. After the incident, I reached out to the assistant manager, Julio Quijas, to address the issue. However, he claimed to be busy and promised to get back to me. Eventually, he contacted me and stated that he had "reviewed" the security camera footage and concluded that his employee was not at fault.I find it puzzling that the manager could make a fair judgment by reviewing footage that was not taken from the left side of my vehicle, where the incident occurred. Such an approach fails to capture the full sequence of events accurately.Given the circumstances, I must warn others not to visit this particular location. And if they do, I strongly advise against following the guidance provided by the employees.Additionally, when I asked for the company's headquarters contact information to escalate the issue, I was met with excuses as to why they couldn't provide it. This lack of transparency and willingness to address the matter further adds to my dissatisfaction with their customer service.My only request is that the company compensates me for the repair of my wheel, which was damaged due to their employees' negligence. Nothing more and nothing less.
