“It's not very easy to find a car repair place you can trust to be fair and honest. Especially if you are a single woman. I have found that with Scott the 2 times I have taken my vehicle in. The first time he replaced a fuel line and saved me almost $1000. He took the time to explain to me how with the other quote I got, I was being double charged for labor. The second time I had a very simple problem with my brake lights. He had the part and it only took a few minutes to fix so he didn't even charge me! He could've charged me at least the $150 to determine the issue, plus an hour labor charge, and for the part. To me that shows he is honest and not trying to take advantage. He has earned my trust and I'll definitely go back and refer him.”

“I was in a time crunch and in need if an oil change for me car. Usually my work hours and location make it challenging to head into town to get my vehicle serviced. I happened to off and in the area so I took advantage and popped in to get the oil changed. The crew were welcoming and kind. I was given an estimate in cost and wait time. I was invited to wait under the ez-yo or inside. The bathroom was and so was their lobby. The actual wait time and cost were less than the estimate.”

“Amelia and staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and courteous. They were able to save my car from contamination in my brake lines from Walmart who changed my oil and overfilled it. I am very grateful to them as this is my only vehicle I need and rely on. Thank you to them for their time and service.”
“This review is mainly for Steve (their Tire installer). He is a little brunt, but extremely honest. He has replaced tires on 4 of our vehicles, and done an excellent Job. He even noticed on one that the tires I had ordered were all damaged, and pointed it out before installation, so that we could exchange them for good tires. He also is very sharp and follows your instructions with precision. Steve also is good about replacing the valve stems, which is extremely important on our pre-TPMS vehicles. As for the customer service experience with the phone line (good luck getting an employee), and the folks who check you in are slow if you can even find one--same with checkout & vehicle pickup. I haven't used Walmart for any other vehicle services, but the conventional wisdom is that if you do take your vehicle to a quick lube place, you only take it there for lube changes, so that when they over torque your drain plug bolt or forget to fill your oil you can show it was not another shop's fault.”
