When attempting to transfer services, Hussein helped us through the entire process, which included a lengthy call to our old provider while he was assisting another customer at the time. He then continued to set up our phones an hour and a half after closing time. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt like Hussein deserves to be recognized on here. “I was undecided about porting my number over from Verizon to AT&T until I made an appointment with Umer Ahmad at the Galleria location. Umer was professional throughout the entire process which made the choice that much easier to make. I activated a new line, iPad, and AT&T Air for my home WiFi.
The main reason I wanted to inquire about AT&T was because I had a poor experience at a nearby Verizon store.
