429 Roseville Square, Roseville“What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. Thank you for making this process so easy for me john, happy holidays and God bless you all.”
“We had to wait in line for a little while for a customer ahead of us, but we received excellent customer service once it was our turn. My only complaint is regarding how hot it was inside the store. The temperature should be monitored and kept at a more suitable degree for their customers.”
“My family and I had recent trouble with our previous provider, so we decided to switch to Verizon. When attempting to transfer services, Hussein helped us through the entire process, which included a lengthy call to our old provider while he was assisting another customer at the time. He then continued to set up our phones an hour and a half after closing time. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt like Hussein deserves to be recognized on here. So glad to have been helped by Hussein at this store!”

“I was undecided about porting my number over from Verizon to AT&T until I made an appointment with Umer Ahmad at the Galleria location. Umer was professional throughout the entire process which made the choice that much easier to make. I activated a new line, iPad, and AT&T Air for my home WiFi.
The main reason I wanted to inquire about AT&T was because I had a poor experience at a nearby Verizon store.

“I’ve used this place twice so far and the service has been really good. I came in both times with a cracked screen and they fixed it fast. No hold or delay for service, and the person at the kiosk was really nice. Both times I’ve came in they’ve cleaned out my phone/charging port and threw on a free screen protector. Super nice people.”
