Store manager, Nicole, has been extremely helpful all these years since I purchased two hearing aids. She carefully listens to my comments and suggests solutions like using my Smart Phone to make adjustments to volume and ambient noise...and I got a free hearing test yesterday.I'd highly recommend Miracle-Ear above all others. It's worth paying just a little bit more when purchasing the set.

Nothing short of amazing! My experience is akin to being color blind for 42 years (I'm 71 now) and being given glasses that allow me to fully see color now! Coming to Miracle Ear Hearing Center in Roseville California and tested by Nichole Spinelli-Fuson as a professional hearing specialist has changed my life. Namaste Nichole. ✨️

After extensive research, we decided to go to Miracle Ear to explore the options for my husband's new hearing aids. We are so grateful that there was a Miracle Ear in Roseville. Not only are their hearing aids top quality, but the attention we received from Nicole was above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at sharing that knowledge in a way we can understand. She was patient throughout the entire process and diligent about fitting my husband with the proper hearing aids. Not being able to hear well is stressful enough. Knowing he will receive the support he needs if any adjustments are necessary is a great comfort and relieves us of a great deal of stress. Thank you, Nicole! We are so grateful to have found you!

I've been waiting for over a year for an approval from med-cal ! They have never returned my phone calls and they lost my paperwork! No they say I was denied! I just found out I was approved on 2 separate times! I am extremely upset with this new information! I can't wait to go back there and let them have it!

They have accommodated my financial needs and have been extremely helpful and informative aboutmy hearing aid needs.
