I'm bummed but not that bummed. This is the 2nd time they "double charged" me for 1 product. I tried to rectify it with management, but it was "same run around". I buy weekly.You unfortunately lost a customer.

Bought a Delta 8 vape, took three drags and was completely unsatisfied. They do not accept returns on vapes. Just beware if you spend $50 and you don't like your product there's no chance for refund.

Customer service is non existent , Owner is super rude, no one speaks or greets upon entry , low selection of vapes. Went across the street to 3 Monkeys Vape Shop and found what i was looking for ! Plus AMAZING customer service , highly recommend that place over this one you won’t be let down ?

That new Kanna Express service sucks , they close Hella early, & dude seem Hella lazy. The clerks response was "were a bunch of stoners " Thought this was a cool idea because of the convenience but it's not convenient if they close by the time I'm off work.

I’ve been here twice now and both times were great. Alex was really helpful in helping choose a kit that was perfect for what I need. Definitely coming again.

I love this place very beautiful pieces unfortunately Mr. Glenn was unfriendly and rude. I heard him greet 2 people he was a whole other person. I got a racist vibe.

I love this place, always attentive and caring to the needs of their customers. Makes it such an easy trip whenever I need, and Glen is always so welcoming into the shop! Definitely come in here and they’ll help you with whatever you need.

Really poor selection of cigars, and each one I bought was dried out. For a place with a walk-in humidor it was really disappointing.

Absolutely would not recommend wasting your money here. Shop had a tube that I was interested in marked at 5k for years , and suddenly when I showed interest in the tube the owner switched up the price on me and told me it was now 9k and did not give me a reason. Would never shop here and I have to say I was not suprised by the other bad reviews.

They have a tube that sat for years , im whoch they even tried offering 40% off on that tube. Years later call about the tube, was told no its double that price on the tag.. what a joke

Horrible prices, most of what they sell can be found either at nearby shops or online for much cheaper than here. Employees are rude and unprofessional would never come here ever again. Also about 70% of the vapes everyone I know has bought from you guys has had an issue with it and that really shows something......
