I had a wonderful mattress shopping experience with Greg at Mattress Firm Roseville. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient. I did not feel rushed. He explained the different types of mattresses and helped me to find the best one for my sleeping needs. I highly recommend Roseville Mattress Firm if you're looking for a good quality mattress.

Our experience was great! Dale provided all kinds of information that allowed us to make the mattress types that would suit our needs. We appreciated his being well informed and in turn passing the info to us!! We will be returning to make another purchase!

Went in over Labor Day Weekend to tale advantage of some of the deals. JP helped my partner and I find the perfect mattress. We got an amazing deal and the things they didn't have on site came within two days. (Yes, even over a holiday weekend our stuff was ready that Monday!) This was the second mattress I have bought from this location and both times were an enjoyable experience!

It’s rare to see happy people trying to sell you something. “According to Zendesk, 70% of customers say they made a purchase decision based on the quality of customer service.” Welp, I’m one of those people. According to other sources, the percentage can be much higher. I saw the same bed at other locations, but today, something so simple as a happy person made me want to stop the search and just buy it.
So, thank you Greg. I appreciate the knowledge, kindness, and enthusiasm you presented to me today.

You can test out the Purple mattresses here! But whereas a direct purchase comes with 100-day money back trial, this store deducts a $240 sanitation/restocking fee. Good store with lots of options. Nick was helpful.

JP was amazing. He helped my step-father find a bed/mattress that was just right for him. That’s not easy with a crabby old man. He was polite, compassionate and easy to work with. We will definitely use Mattress Firm again, particularly if JP is there!
