Went to get a massage on Sunday booked my appointment with James! Phenomenal! Got out all my knots in my neck and shoulders! Definitely will be booking future appointments with him! Thank you James!

Incredibly frustrated with Massage Envy. I have been a member for years and every year they decline in customer service and quality masseuses.I have had the last 3 appointments canceled on me the day of. Which is nothing new for them. As well as I have responded to the their text messages to book an appointment and they verify it but the day of appointment I apparently don't have one.This results in not getting massages for months. Im paying for a membership and can't even use my credits bc they continue to cancel or mess up the booking.They cant keep quality masseuses so when I find someone who is good I only book with them- as does everyone else. Which translate into that person only having availability like every 2 months.I will be canceling my membership.

I want to say that I walked in the store, the customer service was a 10/10. Very friendly people almost bought myself a membership. Just your friendly neighborhood stitch lover :D

I just found out tonight that my original membership price went up on me by $20 a month after only being a member a year! I got no email, no phone call about how they were going to spontaneously take $20 more bucks from me - no one ever told me at the front desk last time I went in. I had to go thru my statements to find that out. This is the straw that broke the camels back for a few reasons: 50% of my appointments get cancelled on me, regardless if I make them a month or two or three in advance (I'm a busy career single person - I don't have "free" time), then I've had it happen at least 3 times the last few months that I get a cancellation text AS IM DRIVING THERE! thr thing the gets me about the poor customer service is that no one working there attempts to resolve the fact that they keep cancelling on me, then not having openings for me and so whoop there goes my month that I paid for. I probably lose every third month this way, so at this point, I think this company is a scam and I'll be officially cancelling my membership and telling others. I'm likely to report all this, especially the secret rate hike, to the Better Business Bureau because this is just plain dishonest. I took the poor service because I told myself I was at least getting a deal... but now that they secretly raised the prices without telling me, this is a horrendous deal. And poor customer service is the best reason to stop taking your business somewhere. Bummer. I thought telling them about this a few times would mean they'd resolve the issue. But no dice. Moving on. Don't go here.

Can a manager please message me or call me back? I’ve been trying to get in touch for weeks and I can’t even get a name of a manager! It’s so hard to make an appointment and when I finally do, I get canceled on THE DAY OF! This has happened 3x out of my last 7 appointments. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate who has passed on the message to this location but still no contact.UPDATE: I filled out the form that the “owner” provided below. waited… no response.. I called in and left my name and number at least 3x and still no call after that. Please don’t do business with this company unless you want them to take your money and not provide a service!

I loved coming here until Thomas left. It was hard getting an appointment less than a month out but he was worth the wait. I thought it was because he was so great but scheduling is still difficult. I have seen a handful of the other massage therapist and they just aren’t nearly as good. Thomas was very good at actually working tight muscles and fixes issues. The other therapist just seem to do the bare minimum to get the massage over. I am absolutely crushed Thomas left. :( I have canceled my membership.

I had a prenatal massage today with Bri and she did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing massage. And the front desk girls are so nice and made me feel so welcome!

The massage therapist at massage Envy ALL need more training and experience. I hope to never receive another gift card to massage Envy if so, I will give it away. Not worth my time. I will continue to use more experienced independent therapist.

I had such a disappointing experience here this week. I arrived fifteen minutes early for my 10 am appointment and was not brought back until 10:08. The massage therapist James brought me to the room, asked me what I was looking for, and I told him I just need some all over relaxing massage. He left the room for a long time and the massage probably didn't start until after 10:20. He still ended the 90 minute massage at 11:30 on the dot despite starting late, which is so unprofessional and rude when I'm paying $120! And that's just the first time intro rate! Crazy. The massage was so... nothing. It wasn't relaxing. The music on the blown out speakers was not peaceful. James just focused on two knots in my shoulders and went to town on them until they hurt. He literally spent most of the massage time on this when it's absolutely not what I asked for. I am a full time stressed out working mom and I wanted my whole body to get massaged. He didn't touch my hands or my feet, did very little on my legs. Literally just spend so much time on my two shoulder spots and it was just so disappointing for that much money. I have only had a few massages before at other places and always walk out feeling light and refreshed. But I left massage envy feeling disappointed. Like I said I've only done this a couple other times so I didn't feel like I could speak up in the moment so that is partially on me, but also he didn't do what I asked him at all. So frustrating and feel like I wasted so much money :(
