Took my dog here after he got a bite, they reviewed to see that by the time I had gotten there he had reasonably cauterized, and did the surgery to clean, close, and stitch the wound the same night. Wasn't fun, but couldn't have asked for a better situation given the circumstances.

I cannot say thank you enough to the surgeon, doctors, and staff that all came together and saved my sweet boy Grizzly. After numerous vet visits elsewhere and 4 days of my boy not keeping anything down I new it was an emergency situation. I brought him down in the morning and by 1pm they had found a blockage in him. He got rushed into surgery where they found the cause and removed it. After a night stay I made the choice to bring him home the next day and now after 3 days post op he is his normal full of life dog again. You guys gave me and him more time together and I will never be able to thank you enough for that. From Griz and I, with the most grateful hearts, thank you for saving my best friend ❣️

Took our Dobie in after a series of fainting events. They diagnosed and developed the best plan for our pup and it went as best as it could have. We are very thankful for the staff at MarQueen and couldn't be more pleased with everyone from the front desk to the emergency vet and techs on staff. A true blessing to have our puppy home for hopefully a little more time. Thank yall!

Very pleased with my experience. My canine came in from accident trauma. The care and kindness were much appreciated. They were very responsive. Facility is clean, employees were compassionate.

Staff was friendly and caring. They provided very thorough care for my cat. The vet was very patient and explained the care plan for my kitty, the night veterinarian, and the day veterinarian called several times per day to provide updates and test results. We were able to visit my cat while she was staying there receiving care. We came home with a specific plan and follow-up plan in place. I hope we don't need to return, but I would definitely go back if another pet emergency arises.

First time at Marqueen today for my Berner girl who had a large ulcer on her upper lip. I had to bring my other Berner too as he couldn’t be left out of a car ride! Marqueen staff were so kind and understanding and gave us a room, as big as a suite, so they could relax (and not bother others). I was in and out approximately one hour and every staff member had a smile and tried to make things easier for us. The doc was awesome and spent time talking about lifestyle items for my dog too. I was so worried but everyone made this a great visit. Thank you so much!

We have had to say goodbye to two dogs in the past few months, and as horrible as that’s been, the care and comfort we felt from the staff at Marqueen made our grief more bearable. One of our dogs underwent several procedures as we tried to save him, and even though he was sick, he was always happy to see everyone at Marqueen from the front office staff, to the vet techs, and Dr. Maggiore, his internal medicine specialist. We really could not be more grateful.

Can't say enough about this place. If we ever have another emergency, we will return.
My dog got an abscess. They were able to get her in within 40 mins. Very friendly and professional. She needed surgery as well as 3 medications. I figured I wouldn't be leaving for less than $2k, especially after reading other reviews. Our estimate was $1150 and we ended up getting a refund after the fact that put everything all together (sedation, procedure, medications) around $800 ? Couldn't believe it. And this was even a Saturday night at 9 pm.
Thank you MarQueen Emergency Vet! Dixie is a happy doggo (kind of. Or well.. she will be once she's feeling better ?)

I cannot say enough about Marqueen Specialty, Oncology and ER clinic. We first took our dog to the ER clinic several years ago when she had a seizure. Everyone was so kind and sensitive during that visit. 4 years later our beloved was diagnosed with terminal high grade T cell canine lymphoma. Initially the diagnosis was 'not survivable with just a few weeks to live'. Thank goodness our vet insisted we at least meet Dr. Moore at Marqueen - so we have clear mind on the decisions we faced. On Jan 3 we met the Oncology team at Marqueen and I knew regardless of outcome we were in the right place. And although I had decided "no chemo", upon meeting Dr. Moore, Shannon and the team we began chemo that very day with immediate, dramatic, positive results. Dr. Moore offered the Imprimed genetic testing, a predictive to determine how our specific cancer cells would respond to chemo protocols. The result of the test were strangely startling and with that data Dr. Moore was able to modify the gold standard chemo protocol to better target our pup's high grade T Cell lymphoma. 5 months later we reached the unbelievable milestone of REMISSION. Now, 10 weeks post chemo we remain in remission. Although we are thrilled to be in remission and not driving 1.5 hours each way from our home each week for treatment - we do miss our family in the clinic as they evolved into a safety net of support for us during this horrible crisis. Extremely personable, caring, professional and really care about people and their beloveds. Thank you Marqueen for another summer on the lake with our beauty. Forever grateful.

I first visited Marqueen a few days ago when my dog, Daisy, had an allergic reaction to a vaccine. (*We know it’s important to continue getting her vaccines and they provided some great advice for safely getting her vaccinated in the future!*) They were so helpful as we checked in and waited to be seen and were quick in getting my dog back to be treated when she began to swell/get hives in the waiting room. When I called with a question after we went home, Dr. McDonald took the time to call me back to determine whether I should bring Daisy back in or continue monitoring at home. She was so helpful and transparent, I felt confident in my decision.
I did end up bringing Daisy back a few days later as she had some new symptoms arise, and they waived the exam fee and despite being very busy with several critical patients, got her seen and treated quickly. I felt that both the vet techs who did triage and the vet who spoke to me about treatment truly took their time to listen to my concerns and consider the best course of action for my pup. Dr. McDonald, Dr. Martin and all of the techs we spoke with were just beyond excellent.
Having had mixed experiences at other emergency vets, I am SO glad our regular vet recently recommended Marqueen. They are professional, compassionate and communicative. Though they saw several emergencies both times I was there, I was impressed by how calm the environment was and the level of attention and quality of care we received.
Thank you, Marqueen team, for taking such great care of Daisy! I feel comforted knowing this office is close by should we have another emergency in the future.

MarQueen is open 24/7 which I didn't know I needed, until I did. Was able to get urgent care for a diabetic pup, able to get follow up phone support. They got us an appointment with a specialist quickly, would have been several months booking on our own. Highly recommend.

Dr Walsh and the entire team of doctors and staff are the best! Dr. Walsh saved Garfield (yes, my overweight orange cat) twice now. Once for a bladder full of tiny stones and recently for 5 polyps in his stomach. The entire team of specialty doctors and ER doctors practice the best medicine and are passionate about what they do.

I have never heard of MarQueen, my boys (cats) are not patients there, however, last weekend my Buster became so ill so quickly. I had contacted another Emergency Vet and they had advised that my cat most likely had a virus and this is why he was not eating or drinking so the best course of action was to wait 72 hours and if no change then to schedule an appointment. Well, fast forward within 24 hours of that advice, Buster passed away in my arms at home. This was the most difficult, painful, and an unexpected experience of my life. I made his passing at home as comfortable as I could as it was happening so quickly. My friends who came over to support me had contacted Marqueen and told me they will receive his body and cremate him for only $100. My friends who took him was told that the staff was very kind and gentle with Buster.
Today, I checked my mail and had a sympathy card from The Marqueen Staff with such kind words, I am so thankful and encouraged to know that a vet staff who has never met any of my fur babies would take the time to send me such a heartfelt card. Some may consider it as a marketing tool, for me, this small, kind heartfelt gesture meant the world to me! The compassion I felt just from this card tells me that Busters body was handled with as much compassion and love for him as I had! It’s the small acts of kindness that can make a great impact in somebody else’s life.
Thank you to the staff that cared for him! It brings me so much peace to know the he was received with compassion and love! Buster was such a sweet boy and he will remain in my family’s heart forever.

I just got back home from having to say goodbye to my dog Maya. She was a patient there for several years after being referred to MarQueen following a cancer diagnosis. The care she received under Dr. Moore and all of the techs/staff there was always top notch. Even the several emergency visits we had to make were about as best as the care could get. I cannot recommend MarQueen enough for any emergency or specialty care. We were always met with the utmost professionalism, compassion and kindness. Thank you!

I had to bring in my senior chihuahua that was unfortunately in congestive heart failure. The staff was extremely compassionate. The vets were also very kind and gentle with our situation. We sadly had to make the extremely hard decision to put our baby down. The staff was very gentle with our situation, and helped us get through it. They gave us all of the time we needed alone to say goodbye and did not make us feel rushed. I forgot the vets name that performed the euthanization, but she was extremely kind and patient.
She clearly felt our pain and was extremely comforting throughout the entire process. As much of a nightmare of an experience this was for us, the staff did their very best to help us through it. I have brought my sweet angel here in the past, and never had any complaints. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for your compassion.
