Arrived at this location at 12:05 pm and was greeted by a sign on the door informing me that the store was closed because the employees were on a break until 1:00pm!?!? As it was my last stop of the day I didn’t wait for 55 minutes to make my purchase. Very disappointed.

Makeover experience at M·A·C The new MAC location inside the Galleria in Roseville has moved to the old Origins (skincare) store and I was invited by a fellow Yelper for a free special makeover event. I could also bring a couple of friends so I invited two of my co-workers to join me. Our instructions were to be there at 8:00a (2 hours before the mall opened at 10:00a) on Sunday.We've never had a makeover done before (at least for me) so this was all new to us. Ana, our professional M·A·C makeup artist showed us how to use and apply each of the beauty products we used. For me, personally, I was overwhelmed by the regimen routine and I couldn't remember the order of the application, some of them had techniques. Ahhh! I don't want to get up 2 hours early just to do my face. At the end of the session we sure felt pretty (at least temporarily) LoL! Thanks to Ana who gave us tips and showed us how to use the products that's best for our skin. We were also given generous samples of M·A·C beauty merch and 25% off discount applied to any of our purchases. We were there for a little over two hours. Lisa matched my a foundation to my skin tone perfectly! She even showed how to cover the dark spots on my face while still looking natural. Extremely friendly non pushy sales. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend getting any sort of service done at this location. I had an appointment to get my eye makeup done and it was a nightmare. It was clear this person was not an actual makeup artist as it looked like a 5 year old did my makeup. They had no one else there that was qualified to step in and help either. I ended up taking it all off and walking out. Terrible experience and very poor quality from Mac.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My husband purchased a gift card for $100. The MAC associate gave him a store credit instead of a gift card. I have four young boys so in-store shopping is not enjoyable for anyone. Since a "store credit" was issued, I am not able to redeem the gift card online. I went into the MAC store where it was purchased at the MAC Location in the Galleria with the receipt from the transaction and the credit card statement showing proof of purchase (it even says the store name, location, and store number on the credit card statement) and asked for assistance to sort this out. The two associates working on 6/24 at 11:00 am at the Roseville, Ca MAC store (one male and one female with limited English) were extremely rude, unworkable and said they would get fired if they assisted with 1. Transferring the store credit with proof of purchase to a gift card (as it should have been issued to begin with because store credit should only be issued when returning an item without a receipt, not for a customer that pays in full $100 for a gift card) or 2. Acknowledge the online MAC Lover 25% off sale that was going on in June so I could use the store credit. I even showed an email that says the sale was going on online and in store. The female associate informed me that they do not acknowledge online sales, despite the poster on their door saying the sale was going on in store. This location is a scam. They're issuing store credit when customers are paying in full for gift cards and refusing to acknowledge sales.

I was at the store and Gail Flores was really helpful and a pro. She took her time and did a great job on doing a full face makeup. She is wonderful.

I'm so happy with the customer service I received here! Raquel took care of me with my color mqtch and she's was absolutely amazing! She went beyond and over! She had such an amazing personality and made me feel so welcomed.

The people working here are so nice and hilarious! They made my first trip to a MAC wonderful and I ended leaving with quite a bit of product that they helped me pick out. They helped me match my foundation shade perfectly and I will definitely come back to this location.

I wanted to give a shout out to Olivia at The MAC Store inside the Galleria Mall. I was just there shopping on Sunday, Feb. 29th. She was very attentive, kind, creative w/ her suggestions and made my experience a nice one. She helped me build the PERFECT eyeshadow pallet for my friend's bday gift as well. It was a total HIT! So thank you so much Olivia. You are very professional, pretty and a great representation for the MAC Brand. Keep up the good work!

Came here for lashes + application and they sat me down and proceeded to help AND check out EVERY SINGLE PERSON who came in after me. I asked another worker if she could help for me real quick (she was putting things away) and she said just a minute, and never came back. I ended up at Nordstrom MAC and had a much better experience (was done within 5 mins!)
