I purchased $1,000 dollars of lumber today from the Folsom store drove home to find out the price on line at Lowe’s was cheaper. I drove to the Roseville store because it was my closest Lowe’s. “I was told by the manager that they won’t adjust the price because each Lowe’s has their own prices and they also will not match the Lowe’s online price either”. As a paying customer I would think the Corporation Lowe’s would have the same price at all the local stores in the area. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

gives you run around. it's understandable that someone in a department might be busy, but when i ask to speak to a sister department and you refuse to transfer me over or when i finally get someone and they refuse to help me because its "not their department" its incredibly irritating.

Always love shopping the garden section. Plants are my feel good. But this also my go to for fixing supply's for the house. Appliances as well. We use our military discount which helps save us some money. Great company.

I needed a cabinet base for our remodeled laundry room. I found it myself, no help. Seemed like not very many employees working. I got a cart in front of the store after the I found it.

This visit was on a Sunday afternoon. I was grateful there were not a lot of people in the store or the garden area.
Garden area had new seasonal plants with a sale going on for several of them. I purchased a plant that was on sale.
Garden area was clean and there were two Lowe's employees in the area to ask questions.

They pretty much only have self-service checkout available and they always ask me if I have PG&E. Both of which bug the heck out of me.
