purchased earrings as a gift, person i was gifting to didn’t like it. never even TOUCHED from original box. came with receipt and they denied a return. they said “we don’t accept returns for this item” so why do I have a gift receipt for return? awful business practice, will never come here again.

Beautiful jewelry selection and variety, however, customer service is lacking. I've visited Lovisa twice and both times have been disappointing. The first visit was stressful. The employee working was yelling at people to put their masks on or leave the store. I understand that this was during a time when face masks were optional in the Galleria but some stores required it. I just don't understand why the employee thought it was okay to yell at customers. I quickly found what I needed and left as soon as I can. Upon my second visit, the employee literally was talking over me and chatting with her coworker. She had the computer keyboard facing me and told me to enter my email to receive my receipt, without giving me the option. Then after I left, I still didn't receive a receipt. If the employee actually paid attention to the transaction and respected me as a customer, this visit wouldn't have been so rude and disrespectful. I believe one bad experience is possible, but two in a row..? I will not be returning.

I never had really a bad experience at the store but I spent $120.00 on about 7 items and within a few days of wearing these items my skin is green. This place is a scam, they should honestly be selling their pieces for 5 dollars here and 6 dollars here if it’s going to be cheap quality. Don’t waste your time or money here, spend the extra cash somewhere where the products won’t turn your skin green like it came from some online foreign website and they re selling it for triple the price.

***Don't buy any earrings unless you know for sure its a go!***I spent over $110 for jewelries here, in particularly to a necklace, bracelet and some earrings. It didn't match my dress and when I tried to return it the next day, I was told that that all earrings are final sales. No where is there any signs or warning saying, "no returns on earrings or any sort of piercing items." The employees didn't even mentioned that the earrings are final sale during the purchase transaction. Please put up a sign for the customers about your return policies. You're misleading the consumers.

I began shopping, looking at rings and was going to shop in this store, as I have done so many times, when an employee yelled from across the store that I needed to be wearing a mask to shop here. I was confused because there was no sign on the store even a little one to say that they were still requiring masks unlike all of the other stores in the mall who are allowing vaccinated people to shop without masks. I said oh I am very sorry and went to exit but thought maybe I can ask if they provide some? But when I tried to ask the employee ignored me. So I shopped at the store next to this Lovisa and walked past a little later and they had people shopping without masks so I entered a little and asked for a manager and this employee said the manager was on lunch and that they had no corporate number either. Honestly was very shocked and hurt. Never shopping here again, and I don’t encourage anyone else to either if you happen to not “look” like the customers they want in their store.
