I’m so happy I found this place and I found Megan and Brandi. Megan relieved a lot of my pain and was very accommodating. Perfect pressure and communicated well with my needs. Brandi is easy to talk to and so talented with my very high maintenance haircut needs! Highly recommend this facility, every one is super friendly and professional. A shout-out to the front desk coordinator Jessica, for working with my crazy schedule and finding the perfect time for me to come in and get pampered. I’ll definitely be back again!

45 Minute Hydrafacial with Tori C. was exceptional! She gave me the knowledge to know exactly what type of facial I needed for the desired skin results.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage. I previously had a massage years ago when I first joined, but they only had coconut massage oil which I am allergic to. So I stopped going. They now have a non coconut massage oil, so I will be coming more often. The massage area has its own waiting area behind the doors of the salon along with rooms for massages and facials. Nice dim lighting and relaxation music.

The massage area here is so relaxing and the cranberry water they offer is delicious! I got in a car accident many years ago and I have back and knee problems and Alexis was able to help me feel better. What a relaxing massage and experience! Will definitely back!Services: Braids

This place is amazing! What a relaxing experience. I love the coconut water they serve here. I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Maryjo and she is very caring with my nails. She takes her time filing them to make sure they don't get too thin. It's hard to find a place that will make your nails look beautiful but also take care of them.

Massage here is amazing! I would recommend coming here for injury recovery. I had a whiplash, and everyone worked together to help me get well and now I come in for monthly maintenance and to enjoy. They have great pedicures and haircuts too! My 16 year old enjoys the occasional facial and manicure as well. It's cool that even my friends who aren't members can get services here too!

HYDRAFACIAL! I had a hydrafacial there and It was amazing, If you are a fan of micro-derm facials this one is a must try. I have only had two services there but both were satisfactory and the staff is friendly and inviting at the front desk. They offered me flavored electrolyte water and I chose the coconut it was super yummy make sure to try that when you come in.

I love the staff at the Lifespa! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I have gotten my hair cut by Jade and Tara and they are both awesome. I do a short men's cut and I always leave happy. I've also had a massage with Michelle and she's amazing! I can't wait to book again. The best part is they can usually get me an appointment even with short notice. I highly recommend trying them!

LifeSpa at Roseville is fabulous!! Very friendly and professional from the moment I was greeted to the time my appointment came to an end. I scheduled a hydro facial with Kate. Kate was amiable, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. Kate also was accommodating and took her time after my appointment to go through the product line and give her recommendations for which products to use for my skin type. My skin feels dewy and glowing. I will be doing this on the regular! Thanks, Kate!

I had a facial with Amanda and it was great! She was wonderful and did such an amazing job! I cannot recommend her enough! Process was easy to book and price was reasonable. If you go here to get a facial, definitely recommend Amanda!

I've had my extensions done here a few times and loved it. I decided to buy a different color and brought them in for a hair dye to match. I HATE warm!! I told the stylist this as my hair was looking Orange. She said, "oh, just go get the purple shampoo." Like I didn't already spend $120 on orange hair. I called 3 days later and said I absolutely hated it so they rebooked me a color fix. She called out the day of the appointment, perfect. So I get a call to confirm the next appointment and was told that I'd have to PAY AGAIN!! When I asked to speak to the spa manager, she was absolutely a rude, disrespectful person. She needs to be fired for such terrible customer service! I'm disgusted that Lifetime treats their members like this!! *hair was supposed to be an #8 ASH blonde

For the amount of money they charge for their services, you'd think they'd employ decent masseuses and stylists. I've used the LifeSpa three times and I'm officially done; they've had their shot. Trial one: I got a massage (can't remember the girl's name as it was last summer), and it felt good, sure, but she talked the entire time start to finish. Um hello I did not come here to chat. Trial two: I tried the massage service again with Sam. My coworker had warned me he was "an interesting character" and told me to report back about how it went and what I thought. I had specifically asked for him to concentrate on my upper back/shoulders, which he did not do. He also won't look you in the eye when speaking to you, so that's very awkward. Trial three: I had 50LT$ to use and figured I could knock out a $55 haircut at the spa. Huge mistake! Dulce was recommended to me by a coworker (who after the fact told me she'd messed up her highlights/dye job and she had to spend 8+ hours over two days to get it presentable again). It was 9am the morning of DST and the receptionist didn't show up. The staff was flustered because they didn't know how to open the doors or turn on the computer/register, couldn't turn on the music, etc. Then they talked crap about the receptionist in front of customers. Clearly the vibe was off to begin with. Anyhow, I have a side part, but she insisted on cutting it while wet and parted in the middle. I also asked for a tapered trim framing my face. When she was done, she attempted to curl it and it looked fine so far as I could tell...until the next morning when I washed and flat ironed my hair and noticed it's completely uneven in multiple spots, the right half is longer, there's this weird blunt cut (that I'm assuming was supposed to be the face-framing trim). Atrocious. My husband and coworkers were like, "how does that even happen?!" Pics attached. I made an appt to get it fixed (with someone else, clearly) and emailed the supervisor of the spa. She told me that unfortunately if I book with another stylist I'll have to pay their full fee out of pocket, but that Dulce could make it right for free. Ha. I cancelled my fix-it appt and am going back to my girl at Maribou in Folsom. I guess the only good part was that I didn't lose that much money because I had LT$ to use.
