I’ve had the gratification to have Roy as my personal trainer. I’ve been working with him for the past 3 weeks and have already seen great improvements in obtaining my personal goals we discussed in the beginning ! He has me monitoring my calorie intake and is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and good eating habits. And I’ve learned so much in the past weeks about technique and the various muscles that are activated during my workout routines.
Roy takes a personal interest in me achieving my goals by taking the time to answer my questions about training and diet away from the gym!
I highly recommend Roy and the other knowledgeable training members of Lifetime Fitness, Roseville for achieving your goals !

Lifetime Roseville Spa is fantastic. The stylists are super experienced and knowledgeable, and the service is fantastic. Brandy is an excellent and very professional stylist and color specialist!

This is an awesome place. I workout with Shannon M twice a week, and I have seen such amazing results! She is the best trainer ever! She is very understanding, kind, knowledgeable, and she helps me work hard to reach my goals! I have also worked out with Daniel S. He is also amazing! He has so much knowledge on nutrition, anatomy, and just healthy lifestyle in general. He also always has such a welcoming positive attitude; it is so motivating! I 100% recommend working with a personal trainer here, they only hire the best. Ryan, Cedric, Logan, Tim, Jen, Jack, Dessa, and so many other kind trainers are there to help all the time, even if it's just to ask a few questions. Best Workout place ever!

Love this place. The spa especially makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. Highly recommend Jen for a wax. She’s very knowledgeable in skincare and they carry my favorite brand, Eminence. Best gym ever.

Roseville Life Time has a quality & professional staff of personal trainers. I've done solo training & group pilates classes. I've especially had great experiences with Sophia who brings good energy to her group sessions & gives me personalized tips to improve my goals toward core strength & posture. I've seen big improvements since I started in March & highly recommend trying her training programs if you need help reaching fitness goals.

Had gone here in 2022 too expensive for me I could barely hear the person speaking due to the air vents blowing loudly sounded like washing machines going off extremely loud they had issues with the swimming pool indoors as well there is no way I'm spending extra money to go to the outdoor pool area I'm glad i didn't spend my money at that place I have never in my life been disappointed before i wouldn't waste my money there the loud ventilation pipes sounded like machines going off at an extremely loud rate how are you suppose to hear anyone talk but those vents are extremely loud and it's hard to hear anything with those vents making all that noise don't waste your time with that place I will never spend $400 at that places that's taking someones money the fact that they tried to make me and my parents pay I don't think so this was ripping someone off I would rather go kayaking than spend more than $400 or more on a membership at that place there is no way I'm spending that money like that planet fitness is better

Update on my previous review. They have a hack squat machine and hopefully soon they will get a tibia dorsi calf machine, quite inexpensive. 5 stars because they respond to the reviews with action and the staff keep the place clean.
