I had the best experience at Lexus of Roseville!! Mr Boris was wonderful to work with and asked me what I wanted to pay for a used Lexus 2021 RX 450 H Luxury and I stated my price and he made it happen. No haggling no going back and forth just honest business. Then I met the finance guy, I believe his name was Lynn and he was so great to work with and gave me a great deal on the additional maintenance contract. Thank you Lexus of Roseville - I love my car and thanks Boris for the additional time you spent showing me how all the extras work on my car!!

I wasn’t expecting to buy a car but wanted to test drive the Lexus sedan and suv. Tristan approached us upon arrival and was so knowledgeable about the suv and the changes that were coming with the new ones that we couldn’t resist. I’m very happy with my purchase. The process of purchasing was typical as far as paperwork goes but Tristan was amazing.

Mariselo was a friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure salesman that we appreciated for this purchase of our Lexus LS500. It was sad to trade in our beloved Mercedes S550 but this beautiful car helped us wake up the next morning with satisfaction for our new car.

I would give this place zero star if I could. These people are very rude. We are Audi guys but decided to switch to Lexus for our new car and I was at this dealership to look for ES 350 and up models. I wanted to get one the same day for a special occasion. Here's the summary of my worst experience at a luxury car brand dealership ever. We were kept waiting with nobody attending us for 15 minutes, so I went to talk to one of the manager's and he asked someone to help, that guy appeared very irritated and started muttering things like ' we are busy, people are waiting for hours to see cars, everybody turned up to see the car at the same time, and complain about waiting.. blah blah blah..', and was extremely rude. He took us to the lot where new cars were parked and left us there saying that he will find someone to help. NOBODY turned up for 30 minutes!! In hindsight, I feel that the guy wanted to punish us by leaving us standing in the Sun. Then we went inside and sat at the table but nobody cared or checked if we were helped, the rude guy passed by and evaded and won't even look at us! So we decided to leave. The experience was enough to give us the glimpse of the post sale experience we will have if we make a purchase from this place . I would not recommend this place to buy your next Lexus! Stay away from this dealership!!If you are busy, it's understandable but there's a way to communicate. Lexus is a luxury brand but this dealership appears to be one that doesn't strive to provide that experience!

I inquired about a brand new Lexus GX, as I have ties to the Sacramento area, but now reside in Southern California. Despite my affinity for supporting local businesses, I encountered a rather unpleasant exchange. Mentioning competitive offers from Southern California dealers seemed to upset the salesperson at this Sacramento dealership. Regardless, I ended up purchasing a great deal at Lexus of Glendale. For anyone seeking a Lexus GX, I highly recommend checking out Lexus of Glendale, Thousand Oaks in LA, or Mission Viejo in Orange County. Their offers were well below MSRP ($10k to $15k off).

I tried...I mean I really tried to gather infuriation in a truck and their sales rep Joe Nazer really dropped the ball. Was inquiring about a used Silverado in stock and ask for some information. After a few correspondence back and forth he was passing me off to someone else. That someone else who ever it was not got back with me. I reached out to Joe Nazer again and he went radio silent. Business must be good they can blow of a potential customer. This was the easier sale they could have made as the Silverado is exactly what I am looking for and was going to make the 381 miles trip but guess my search continues.

Jeff and Joe provide the best service ever. My 4 hours round trip is very worthwhile. Very decent price, 5 star service, very nice car. My family's very happy with the purchase. Strongly recommended.

From test drive through deal negotiations and financing, he was great. No pressure tactics. We love our new vehicle and appreciate the exceptional service we were given.

Calls are recorded for better service. That is if they are answered and if they don't hang up.There is a ...chat... option. But don't use that unless you give them an email. They ask for phone and email but you have to remember that they need an email so they can send you all sorts of offers and send you stuff you don't need or want.Try using only a phone number and they go away.

I had been looking for a "love at first sight" car when I came across it on Lexus of Roseville's website: a Grecian water 2023 Lexus RX 350 F Sport that had AWD and all the luxury features I was looking for. We called Lexus, spoke to Victoria, and let her know we would be in the next day to take a look at it. My husband mentioned to her that my birthday was coming up and that if I ended up liking the car, he'd like a bow put on top of it for me.The next day when we went to the dealership, Victoria was outside and greeted us. She lead us to where the car was and lo and behold, the red bow was already on it. I knew immediately that this was "The car." The entire process was extremely smooth. I typically dislike the whole car buying experience because it can be laborious, however, we were in and out of there within hours.We found Victoria to be super knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and not pushy, which we really liked. She wasn't trying to pull any fast ones on us and was receptive to our needs. You could tell she valued us as customers and valued our time. We also appreciated that she gave us the car for the price that we had in mind.I love my new car. Thank you, Victoria!

After an online search I found a used vehicle I was interested in so I sent a availability inquiry. Shortly after Yargo Basta called me and we discussed my interest in the car and I also stated that I could come in with cash at a stated OTD price. Yargo said he could do that and would send me a link and offer and also another of the same model, a bit older and less expensive then the one I sent the inquiry about to look at. He only sent me info on the older one, I responded that this wasn't the car I was interested in and he then told me that the other one was full price now. Bait and switch technique. I don't have time for that, be honest on the first phone call and don't waste people's time.

Our car buying experience was wonderful. Yargo took time to help us make the right desicion. He made sure we understood all the features before we left. Very friendly, no pressure and professional. A Five star buying experience. We are so happy with our new Lexus.
